M. Adnan Saeed - Real Estate Team

Mr. Adnan Saeed was recommended to me by one of my family members. We started our search in April 2017 to find a rental unit but considering the crazy rental prices, we decided to buy our first house in May. As first time home buyers, we were confused and hesitant as the market was in shock after the Ontario's rent and housing reform. Mr. Adnan was extremely patient, punctual and an amazing help during our search. He guided us on every step and explained everything patiently. He didn't push us to make any hasty decisions and was professional during our whole house buying journey. In June and July, we started putting offers on houses and eventually got our dream house by the end of July 2017. During this stressful period, Adnan acted as a family member, understood our circumstances and made sure we are getting the best deal. I recommend him in a heartbeat.

I went to selva vettyvel last year for taxes and I got a notice of reassement so when I called him multiple times he told he was going on vacation so couldn’t help me then when I go into the office no one is there so I call him which he continuously picked up and kept declining, afterward when he finally answers he starts screaming at me; the most unproffesional, low class person I have ever dealt with. Then he sees me in person and decides to scream at me more telling me he cannot help me. Selva vettyvel is the most I unproffesional person I have ever met in my life. So now i just payed my reassessment charge which I had no as to why but simply because he is at fault and didn’t even help me out afterwards. I will never go back to him or will never ever recommended any to go to either.

We had a wonderful experience working with Adnan during the purchase of our home. We relocated to Markham due to good rated schools and be closer to the job. We were familiar but not in depth with various parts of Markham and needed a real estate agent who knew Markham neighborhoods. We wanted our real estate agent to understand our needs and find a decent place for us without wasting our time. We met Adnan through a personal reference; he helped us find the house in no time that met our expectations, well maintained condition, location and most importantly the price. This guy knows his business; I strongly feel that I know a lot more about the buying/selling and property evaluation process after working with Adnan than I knew before. He is very knowledgeable and easy going guy. There was no pressure from him throughout the whole buying process and he kept me up to date until the closing date. Needless to say that I will be using Adnan's services in the future. I would highly recommend Adnan to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent in Markham area.
