LXR and CO

This is a review of their website and online service. I recently purchased a bag from them which I actually ended up returning as it was not exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was great throughout the whole process and the return process was easy and fast. The bag was in perfect condition, they had it listed as 9/10. I had to take a few days to decide whether I wanted to keep it or not and I am still having remorse over returning it. Would definitely buy from them again.

As far as I know their items are authentic but their prices are CRAZY expensive. Many outdated bags with price tags DOUBLE what they should be! $1000+tax for a beat up LV Speedy 30! You'd be CRAZY to shop here! $1295 for a cite! They should usually be under $500! I wish I was lying but I am not! Dont waste your money!!

Bought a LV bag for my wife when they first opened at the Hudson's Bay downtown Montreal. Price seemed reasonable compared to a brand new bag. Pretty good condition. Over the last few years I have looked several times in the same location. The price gap between new and their bags keeps getting smaller. Almost not much of a savings, and many of the "good" condition LV bags have a lot of stains/watermarks on the beige leather trim.

Don't waste your money here. The bags are way overpriced and they do not care about customer service, at all. I sent an long email to the District Manager Shannon MacDonald in early November, regarding my experience purchasing an LV bag at the Sherway location, and received no response. I emailed again in December, and gave her my contact info...still nothing. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Honestly, who runs this company? They do not care about their customers, they only care to make a sale. I will never buy from them again.

BE AWARE! THEY SELL USED ITEMS THAT MIGHT NOT EVEN BE AUTHENTIC AND THEY DONT EVEN SAY IT. THEY USE THE WORD « VINTAGE »TO AVOID SAYING « USED »
