DON'T GET PHOTOS TAKEN FROM HERE.nnWent to this convenience store to support the local community businesses, as I believe everyone should do their part to support local businesses but unfortunately I had the worst customer service experience ever at any store. I had gone here to get passport size photos for myself and my family. The person at the store I will not put his name here just to respect his privacy took my picture, put the store information stamp at the back, but while he was printing rest of the pictures he started to deal with other customers while I was just kept waiting, in total I was left standing at the shop for more than 1 hour. When i got the picture the stamp on the back was completely smudged and not readable, also there was a line on the front of the picture. I nicely requested him to re-print the picture but he refused and started arguing with me. I tried to convince him that this picture would be rejected and I would like him to print it again but he would simply not listen, then he started avoiding me and service other customers. He was extremely stubborn. In the end I was soo exhausted and annoyed, I was about to call the Police. It took over a dozen or more attempts to get him to print the picture again and I had to pay 5 dollars more to get him to fix his mistake.nnI honestly suggest everyone to stay away from this place. I rank this the worst experience so far in any shop or store in Canada period. I would not want anyone to go through what I had to go through.nnI would give this place a negative rating if it were an option
PASSPORT PHOTO HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.ni went in even after reading bad reviews. I asked her that i wanted to pay after she stamped the photos and showed me that they were ok. She went totally crazy and started screaming. Told me she was NOT going to wait fpr payment until after. I told her she does not have to give me the photos... just show me that the back and I will pay. NOPE!. Go else where... plenty of good customer services places everywhere. I do not know how are they going to survive with this attitude.

If I could give a 0 I would called them because there open hour is 9:30 just checking if they acc open then they said no 10 I went for 10 they didn’t open until 10:30……I had called them at 10 asking why they weren’t open he says 1 min then nothing then ghosts me for 30 mins very unprofessional
