Luzerne County Tax Claim Office

No customer service skills at all.... Staff in the Tax Claim Office are very rude and real ignorant... Since the first time I walked into the office and asked about getting on a payment plan for properties I bought in January of 2016 they tell me I would have to hear back from their attorney. It's been a week and a half and I call back today to find out the status of the situation. The lady I spoke to says they will call me back when they hear something so I ask them do you have my number which obviously she did not since she asked me for it. I was supposed to have an answer early this week I was told when I called them last week. It is Tuesday afternoon and still no answer.... ALL I WANT is to get on a payment plan so that I can get these taxes paid and they (the Tax Claim Office) can collect their money, but that seems to be a problem to them.... Oh and when I said thank you all they did was hang up on me, no politeness and very rude!!!
