Our home was delivered in near perfect condition, and 12 years later it is still in near perfect condition. Dealing with Luxart Homes for after sales issues has been a horrible experience. They won’t even reply to your email. There are much more reputable builders you can buy from.
Luxart had a great reputation. That is why my husband I reached out to Luxart. After multiple emails and calls all communication stopped. We called back to speak to Amanda to confirm our availability to meet the builder and ask questions - no return call. We sent multiple emails and no response. Still nothing as to why all correspondence stopped. Our experience has been baffling.
Very happy with our new home. Kris and Amanda are very friendly and easy to deal with. Very well built and the quality is spot on. I Would definitely recommend luxart when choosing a builder.
