I forgot to leave a review when I got them done, but I’ll leave a review now: a few months ago I got my nails done here by a nail tech named Kevin. He did my full set of acrylics with hand painted designs and they turned out amazing. I accidentally booked the wrong day, but they were luckily able to squeeze me in. My nail design was more complicated than I thought it would be which was probably stressful to him, sorry but they turned out beautifully. Also, they lasted for very long and definitely would have lasted for even longer than three weeks if I hadn’t taken them off.

I went here for the first time with the vision of holographic ombré birthday nails. Hannah was so sweet and tried multiple different ways to find the look I had in mind, and then fully started over once I had decided on my preference. She even offered to start an entirely new design if her work did not match my vision. I’ve never met a nail tech who was so patient and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I was thoroughly impressed with her service and I absolutely love my nails : I will say it was a bit more expensive than I had thought it would be. Although I would have appreciated more transparency in terms of pricing, I also knew I wanted them either way so I didn’t ask questions. Regardless, it was a great experience and I would definitely go back!

The first time since COVID restrictions were lifted I went I had the guy who works there do m+p. He did a wonderful job. Then I went there again to remove the manicure and had the owner provide my services. Honestly she was so humble and kind I was surprise she was the “boss”. Good customer service. And yea my nails look just amazing as their customer service. Thank you for the wonderful work and great personality. We don’t come across those often now a days.Services: Manicure

Lux is my go to spot! Hannah specifically always does amazing, caters to your exact needs and has attention to deal. I have never had any problems with any tech here. I also get my pedicures done and love that they offer the bath bombs! 10/10 on all occasions!Services: Nail polish changes

I was looking for a place to get my nails done for my wedding day and had a fairly detailed design in mind. I was so pleased with the final results. Hannah rocked it! The design is exactly what I was looking for, and my nails are beautiful!

I felt completely rushed through my services so they could get to their next customers. For the price, there are much better and more thorough pedicures and manicures. My person was "finished" and I still had paraffin wax bits on my feet and remnants of creams. I'll never go back. The reply from the manager here just made it seem like it's my fault that they rushed my service...if they didn't have the time to do it well, they should have said so The addition of the manicure shouldn't mean that I leave with wax and creams on my still on my feet!

Great service & super friendly staff. I had my eyelash extensions done and they turned out beautifully. It was pretty busy at all of the nail stations and a few of the Pedi chairs were full so I would highly recommend making an appointment. I will be back for sure!

Went in for pedicure , tech cut my nails shorter than my skin behind it , picked out a dark polish to match my dress for my daughter wedding on the Saturday looked like a 3 years old did my nails. I wish I took a picture Brought it to the technician attention she tried to tell me there no problem she could cut the skin so it wouldn’t show but the skin might bleed. So after a few minutes of back and forward I asked to speak to a manager . The manager came over who knows nothing about pedicures didn’t apologize for my nails . Just she would take 15 off . I proceeded to inform her that this isn’t about money this is about my nails and it’s my daughters wedding so she suggested to put a nude colour so you couldn’t see the exposed skin behind the nail so that what we did. Went to the register to pay she told me the total and I told I can’t believe you are charging me for this pedicure . She told me that they provided a service . So I paid and ask if the owner can give me a call Sunday or Monday . The owner didn’t call me so I called her today . Told her of the incompetent technician who did my nails and she just said thanks for letting me know . DONT USE THIS PLACE!!!Service: Pedicure
