Does no one work the phone ??? Cause im calling alot
Customer service is mediocre, the sales guy Ali got discouraged because my young son couldn't decide his first pair of glasses, so he wasn't really helpful , and he went to chat with his collegues at the back, not enough variety for kids frames, probably will end up going to downtown. Did not enjoy the experience. That's dat!
3 stars because they charge 7$ for covid !!!!!!!!! we should not be the one paying for that but yet we do !!
