Even during a heavy snowstorm, when most places would have closed, Anna and the team at Lume Restaurant stayed open and waited for us. That alone meant so much.nnAna was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She treated us with such care and made the whole experience feel warm despite the cold and storm outside. You can truly feel her genuine heart in the way she serves people.nnThe food was absolutely amazing! honestly some of the best we’ve ever had.nnHuge respect to Lume for hiring such amazing people. Staff like Ana make all the difference. Thank you for a beautiful experience. We will definitely be back.
I hosted a dinner party for my 30th birthday at Lume Kitchen and Lounge, with 45 people, and it was an incredible experience. My guests cannot stop raving about the food, the ambience and the service. From the moment I called to inquire about booking a large reservation, I knew that I had made the right decision. Nicole is truly one of the most attentive and personable event coordinators. She guided me through the hosting process, helping me to curate a food and signature drink menu that fit the dietary restrictions of my guests, as well as my budget. I was also able to bring in vendors for decor and photography. They truly went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Thank you Nicole and the team at Lume Kitchen and Lounge for an unforgettable milestone celebration!
Lume Kitchen and Lounge delivered an incredible dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, stylish, and welcoming. Our waiter Kai truly stood out—attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations and checked in at all the right times, elevating the entire evening.nnThe food was exceptional. The lamb shank was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with deep, rich flavour. The chicken dish was just as impressive—juicy, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. You can tell the kitchen puts real care into every plate.nnOverall, Lume exceeded expectations in both service and food quality. We left completely satisfied and will definitely be returning soon.
We came as a group for a birthday brunch, and Lume definitely makes a great first impression with its very nice interior and atmosphere. Overall, though, the experience was just okay. I ordered the avocado toast with two over-easy eggs, one was cooked perfectly, but the other was completely overdone with no yolk at all, which was disappointing. The food presentation was nice, and the crispy fries were very good. However, the service was super slow, and it felt like we waited a long time throughout the meal. Everyone in our group felt the same way. Not a bad place, but I’m not sure I’d return.
A very cute place for brunch or girls night. I ordered the steak and frites cooked medium. For appetizers we got the Brussels and fish tacos. My steak was over cooked unfortunately. Both appetizers were amazing! Drinks were also great. We were out of town and the bartender recommended some places for us. I recommend trying
