If I can give this 10 stars I would. The staff is unbelievable helpful and polite. I can't believe how much thought full they are off all there customers. Ths
Had an educator help me she was middle age at 6:00pm I think she was in a rush to leave so she very rudely screamed at me about an item as I was just double checking and asking her if it was the same item. She was blonde wearing a messy bun, wearing printed shorts and extremely rude. I did not say anything in a rude way and was just trying to help.
They leave a lot to be desired for customer service, had an issue with an item I purchased online tear in material. Told her I just received it the mail last week, they tried telling me it was manufactured in 2021 and may not be covered.nI got my return, why the run around for customers?
Staff are really helpful. The store has a good selection of their items. I do have better luck online getting my size, but at least I can go and see new items in person!
Good customer service! I had to exchange my leggings twice, once for getting wrong size, and then again realising I needed a totally different type of legging. Staff were super helpful!
