The ice cream was delicious, service needs attention. Very very very slow, in 90 degree heat it makes it worse, we went twice and both time slow service. Ask for a bottle of water, didn’t have any, gave me a cup with NO ice warm water I believe came from the toilet for 50 cents. Staff was polite and great ice cream but need to work on service.
# 2 My second review of this place with the new owners. Great place to get a dessert and just sit down and enjoy on the patio. The raspberry and pineapple twist was really Great and tasted fresh.. had this same twist a few weeks ago at a place in Fremont. This is better tasting then there's. And yes I do recommend this place. David had the butter finger twister and says it is really Great also. _____________________________________ #1 with old owners... It was delicious I had the shredded chicken sandwich and a strawberry twist waffle cone. You get a lot of ice cream for the money. Plus David had a chill dog and the same ice cream. Will be going back there and yes I Recommend it great prices for what you get.
Everything is great. The new patio could use some umbrellas, but I'm guessing that may be in the plan for next year. Staff is helpful and efficient. The drive thru addition seems very well received. And to the young woman working the order window today, thank you for the extra attention you gave to our new community member from Sierra Leone The ice cream options are different here, so it took him some time to decide. #WeAreYFU #ArmyofKindness #ILoveThisChic
They did a nice job remodeling the shop. The food is decent. The service was speedy. The drive thru is a nice addition to the shop. The menu is a bit far back from the window. The fenced in outdoor eating area is nice. There are tables and seats. The big thing that I noticed is the opening to walk is is right by the line for the cars to use the drive thru. I wish they had a pedestrian entrance where you walk up directly from the sidewalk and not through the parking lot. They have lines on the pavement so the cars know where to go. But not much room if you were in a wheelchair and going to the window to order. The selection of food non ice cream stuff was minimal. Would like to see something other than a hot dog. They had pulled pork sandwiches pictured on the website with a price. But not on the menu when you go.
Oh my gosh, this was huge….super excited that they have non dairy ice cream!
Great ice cream and milkshakes. They have a gluten and dairy free alternative Ice cream and it is amazing! We have tried the raspberry and pineapple and then the strawberry and mango. They have homemade orange sherbet that is also delicious.
Hope they continue with plant based ice cream. The oat milk cake batter was excellent.

Yo...where are the adults? There are seriously 3 underage kids working this place, and apparently "selfies" and their 4 likes on social media were more important than any type of customer service. I had to wait to place my order after 2 girls made eye contact numerous times but decided their selfie was priority. Ice cream was good...and that is literally the only saving grace this place has to offer. And then people wonder why small local business' are hurting. We should have just went to DQ, at least they have consideration for their customers.
This place was ok the ice cream was amazing don't get me wrong just the workers there one of them was rude and the second time we went there it another worker was sassy and disrespectful.
