Luisa's Burritos & Bowls

They spend more in the view of the restaurant but sadly the taste is not really good, nor true Mexican flavour. Also you can let know the employees to be more friendly and training them to have better customer service skills.

I ordered a burrito called a baranquilla and a build your own burrito bowl here. The burrito taste like a normal burrito nothing too crazy but it was ok. The burrito bowl looks kinda dull but it taste actually pretty good. There's a sauce they put on it that brings it all together very well. The rice is a lil on the harder side maybe because it's brown? But overall a pretty healthy alternative to normal burritos and burrito bowls if you're into those things.

A-Mazing place! The food here is second to none. Healthy hearty and desserts to boot. Super impressed with my experience here. Staff are friendly and welcoming. As a gluten free person myself the menu has so many options and the gluten free brownies are delicious!

This place is great! Atmosphere is amazing and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Their burritos are pretty good, a lot of different toppings and some twists if you decide to build your own and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely spot. All the Burritos and bowls are stunning and I enjoyed every single bite. The service is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Ordered through Uber eats many times, love their salad bowls and love how they are adding more items to their menu! Absolutely delicious.

I like the food. I order there all the time. The staff is incredibly impressive! They find a different way to mess up orders all the time. I would give them a generous 30% on the accuracy of my order. It's always missing an ingredient or not customized as ordered. One time, they even decided that I only deserved one bowl even if I paid for two. At this point, I spoke to the managers too many times, I don't think they can fix it. I have to find another salad place or find humour in the incompetence. I don't mind laughing it off but what's the point of ordering in advance on the app for a no-contact pickup when they actually have to redo the whole order ... Alas...

Admittedly I was confused by Luisa’s at first because it’s in the same restaurant as Mad Radish and I assumed that meant they were the same thing, imagine my surprise when it ended up being two very different food options! I think that concept alone is really neat and it gives you more options depending on what you’re in the mood for. The El Dorado burrito is my personal favourite and I really missed it when they ran out ? of beef and it was no longer there. However I’m glad it’s back and better than ever. 5/5 stars for the service, the food, and the staff are super helpful / friendly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking into salad places!!

Food is tasty, however, both times I ordered from this place via Uber eats they either forgot something or didn't follow directions exactly e.g., I asked for a burrito but they gave me a bowl.... I wished they would double check the orders.

Food was fine. Not great, not bad, not good just fine. It's a white persons Mexican food, so if you're craving mexican go somewhere else.
