Absolutely beautiful arrangements and very friendly customer service. There was a small delivery time mix up with my order and the florist delivered another bouquet free of charge just to make up for the error. I have had experiences with other florist companies that make delivery mistakes and do not even apologize (an order I paid for was never sent and the florist acted like it was no big deal). Lucky florists were very quick to respond to emails and it was very clear they cared a lot about customer satisfaction. Just overall very impressed with the quality of the product and service, their prices are great and I will always go with them for the Tri-cities area:):)

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wonderful wife. Had the option to order for next day delivery, and it was Sunday when I made the order. My order was for Tuesday. Flowers were delivered to her work on Tuesday with no problem. They were beautiful. Melissa was very attentive. I realized that I neglected to add the hours to which my wife would be at work, so I sent an email (the reply address was conveniently provided in the order confirmation email I received) on the morning of. Melissa replied within the hour assuring me that they were all over it and that they were already destined for delivery. All was good. Thanks Lucky Flowers

Despite the creepy ginger kid on the signs, they have a nice selection and they prepare your order very well for both presentation and transportation.
