This place was good for the first six months after they opened the doors. After that my experiences with this place just keep going downhill. First off, their website just give a 404 error, which makes it hard to figure out what to order when doing a pickup order. We actually had to go there and go in to check out the menu. We then had to wait for quite a while to get our order. It would have been nice to call ahead and have them prepare the meal so we could simply pick it up and not have to wait for it to be cooked. The worst thing is the food, which is subpar. The broccoli in the Broccoli Beef was pretty much mush. The beef had little flavor and tasted like baking soda. I know some places use that to help tenderize their meet, but this tasted like they used too much. The fried rice had little in it and was somewhat dried out. If you live in Lake Stevens and want good Chinese food then I suggest you make the effort to go to Everett, as they have decent Chinese restaurants.
17.00$ for house Chow mein brought it home counted one prawn three pieces of chicken and three pieces of beef in the whole order for $17 if you know what’s best for you go to Safeway and get Chinese food there this place is a big gigantic rip off then I called the lady to speak with her about it and she acted like it was no big deal I will never go back to this shady place ever again I even checked the bottom of the chow mein just to make sure that it wasn’t laying on the bottom it most definitely was not
I ordered Sizzling triple delight . The portion size was small for $19. Also there was no flavor.
We've been eating here for years! It was always delicious and fun but in the past year or so the quality has really gone down hill. The portions have gotten significantly smaller and the prices have almost doubled. The bill for the 2 of us is $100!!! I expect that at a nice steak house but for rice, noodles and chicken??? We went to another Chinese restaurant tonight and ordered the very same thing we always order and the bill was $60. I don't know what happened but they're cutting corners and charging way too much!!!! So disappointing... We'll be searching for another Chinese restaurant for sure.
I don't care what other reviews say! I love their food! Their egg flower soup has really good flavor. I've been going here since moving to Lake Stevens a few years ago for their lunch specials. The prices for the lunch specials are extremely reasonable!
Man this place is was over priced and its not that great. They charge you for white rice i have never heard of this in my life and i have ate Chinese in damn near all 50 states white rice usually comes with your meal fried rice is extra. Then i piad for extra sauce and the gave me some kind of hot oil which is definitely not what I asked for smh.
Never order to go! I just picked up my chicken pho to go and when I got home realized I got about a 1/3 of what they give you when you sit in for the same price. Barely enough to feed a small child. About 3 bites worth of chicken and veggies and 4 bites of noodles. Not very happy with how this place has kept decreasing portion size and charging more
The food is okay and the price is pretty accurate. It's not the most flavorful Asian food, but it's a nostalgic place. I think the food upset my stomach a bit because it is very oily, but it was decent. Serving sizes are generous.
The food had a unique and creative approach to food presentation, such as molecular gastronomy or edible flowers, that added an element of surprise and whimsy to the meal.
Food was alright, not impressed with packaging. Went to pick up an order, drove 5 minutes to the house and opened the bag to sauce coating the bottom of the containers and the soup lid had a hole cut into it.
