My wife and I have purchased several new homes over the years and I can honestly sate that the team from Lucchetta is the best we have ever worked with. The entire process from the purchase to the build and the follow up on a very short list of minor repairs that were handled immediately has been easy and stress free. We have been looking for quite a while for a new home and came across Lucchetta Homes. As soon as I walked into the model home, I felt at peace and knew this is where we wanted to go. Our home is beautiful done, and have had no issues at all, the quality of the workmanship is superior, and the team was great to work with, to ensure we got all we wanted done. It is also reassigning and the Rob and Ed Lucchetta are onsite and inspect each home during the process to ensure top quality.

We moved into Davis Heights in June. We are extremely happy with our new Lucchetta home and the wonderful cooperation and service we received from Rob, Ed and the Lucchetta family. The quality of our home is superb and any thing that needed attention was dealt with right away. We love DH and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a new home to check it out.
Having lived in Toronto almost our entire lives and our previous house for over 40 years, it was a major endeavour to take on 2 projects at one time that most people would probably never consider - moving to a much smaller community and without much knowledge purchase a NEW build not realizing all the considerations and input required. The Lucchetta family of knowledgeable experts have shepherded us through out the entire purchasing and design phases to where we have now moved into our new home in well under a year from our initial decision to buy. We are extremely pleased with the quality, presentation our ease of comfort- this really feels like our ‘Forever Home’.
