Carol was so amazingly helpful when we were looking for tea ceremony clothing. She had a good selection of styles and sizes to choose from. When my fiancé wanted a specific style but the sleeves were too short, she asked the alteration people to come right away to adjust it. The price is cheaper than it is in Richmond or in Chinatown as well. Overall super happy! Highly recommend this place. My mother also ended up getting a beautiful dress. : they also have baby's

We had so much fun at LT fashions. They have a wide selection of Chinese dresses and found many modern clothes too at much lower rates than stores in the Asian malls. Owner was so helpful & sweet we did a little photoshoot to support local small business.

A friend recommended LT Fashion to me for Chinese style dresses. I took my mom here to look for a dress to wear to my wedding reception. Location was easily accessible and lots of free parking available on the residential streets. Carol, the store owner was helpful and easy to talk to. It took my mom awhile to find and try on dresses but we never felt rushed to leave the store. LT fashion has a great selection of dresses. My mom and I are happy with the service and purchase!

Today I was looking for a qipao dress for my Chinese Tea Ceremony. I stumbled across this store by Google search and I'm so glad I did. They have soo many selection of dresses, modern and traditional. I was able to find a dress that I've been looking for. Price is very reasonable. Other places would probably charge double. The owner was friendly and not pushy. They also do alterations as well. Also, do not confuse this shop with the online website. They are not associated whatsoever. The other negative reviews are not valid to this store. Please think twice before writing a review that can affect a small business.

Carol was very accommodating. Unlike some other stores that my friend and I visited, she never rush us. Instead, she let us try on anything that we wanted to try & provided some suggestions. There were limited amount of choices of 'Kwan Kwaa' but I can understand as this is not Hong Kong. I still managed to find my Kwaa. Love it, it looks soooo nice!! Prior to visiting, I tried to see if I get a head start by shopping online due to COVID and found "LT fashion online" but the clothing was sooooo different. The online store do not have any Kwaa. So, I raised the question when I finally got there. Carol acknowledged and explained that she realized she has been getting calls from people complaining not receiving their orders. She was very curious what do the other online store sell, and I told her I checked it out, it sells more teenage style clothing. She was feeling very upset because not only her company name's being used, and she's been penalized by acts that were not done by her and her company... She said she's even getting more negative rating because people never received their orders but she doesn't know how to use the computer. After hearing her story and dealing with her in person, I felt like I should speak out for her. So people, this LT fashion on Victoria Dr, BC *IS NOT* the LT fashion Online!!!!! They are two totally different companies~ Don't mixed them up! I do recommend this store for the traditional tea ceremony but if anyone of you are looking for the King of Kwaa 'Kwaa Wong' & the Queen of Kwaa 'Kwaa Haau', they don't have it! But I'm sure you can try talking to Carol and see what she says as I learnt that she does fly back to replenish her stocks. Good service and I am happy that I found what I wanted~ Hope this helps~

went around town to look for qipao Chinese tea ceremony dress and LT fashion had the best selection/styles at a fraction of the cost compared to k k boutique, Suzanna wedding centre and fashion square. owner was nice and gave me lots of different styles to try on. very happy with my purchase.

Very nice & helpful owner. Dresses aren't priced on the rack so be ready to negotiate. Love love love the Chinese wedding gown I purchased! She has huge selection of new and classic styles in almost all sizes! Very happy.

Lots of cheongsam / qipao options ranging from $100 - 200+. They also have simple Chinese-style dresses that are more casual for around $50. They have Chinese men's shirts starting at $38. Friendly service!

Amazing service and quality. The owner is super friendly and gives great discounts. They have a huge selection for babies, men and women. We've been to a few places. They are 1/3 of other places pricing. Highly recommended.

Just bought my Chinese wedding dress cheong sam today at LT Fashion. I am so happy with my dress! I loved the service, selection and great prices they offered. I also liked that they had a tailor that they recommended nearby that I was able to get an appointment with on the same day so I was able to accomplish everything in one day!
