Fantastic bagels and very solid coffee. Probably the best bagel shop in CT. Would definitely check this place out if you have the opportunity.
The bagels at Lox Stock are by far the best bagels out there!!! I have been coming here for more than 20 years and have never been disappointed!!! My family LOVES these bagels as well and I am the official bagel delivery person taking. I take them to My sister in Colorado, daughter in California, mother in Florida and daughter in Boston!!! It is a real family affair with these delicious bagels.
Their tuna wrap was delicious. Even the lettuce was fresh and crispy. And their flavored coffee is great. Not to mention, how many places do you know are open at 6AM? Will be back.
The bagels here are amazing you can get long bagels regular bagels all with extravagant flavors. You can also turn any bagel into an egg sandwich. If you are interested in pastries they have an assortment and all the coffee flavors you can imagine.
They treat the elderly and people with disabilities like trash. An older man maybe 90yrs old came into the store a few minutes before closing, and the staff there treated this old man so poorly. They refused to serve him and literally kicked him out of the store. The poor man was literally using a cane. I’ve also witnessed them refuse to scoop the bagel of diabetics. The staff at this establishment needs training IMMEDIATELY. My husband, who is young and not disabled was also treated horribly. The food is not good enough to continuously have bad experiences. Management needs to step up and fix this issue. It has been going on for years.
Fake bagels. Microwave eggs. I mean come on. This place could make waayyyy more money if they just tried a little harder. they should take a quick trip to “Olmo” or “AM Bagel” in southern CT. Check out a real bagel place, Then learn from it.
My bagel & poppy seed muffin were both dry. I disliked the fact that the hot coffee was "self-serve" and it didn't taste that great. I would not go back to this location again.
Probably great bagel shop in west hartford. I like their everything bagel with the choice of spread.
This place is terrible. The bagels are chewy and just don’t taste good. Every single time I go they either mess up my order or someone working there has been straight up rude to me. I asked for some bagels sliced in half yesterday. I asked TWICE to have them sliced and the dude was dismissive of me and just put them into the bag. I got them home and they were not sliced. Never going again. Go to Isaac’s Bagels in Bloomfield. Way better customer experience and way better food consistently every time.
The line is too long for no reason. Just bagel people, not worth it. Not sure if the employees are slow or not enough works for it to have a big line in a very small place.
