I went to buy blinds and met Kathy and Elizabeth..Both lovely ladies are so helpful and very knowledgeable. Also I gave wrong measurements for my one of my blinds and still they tried to help me out as much as they can.. really great services..thanks Lowe's.

If there was a zero rating I would give it. Here is my expierence with three of their departments. Paint - I went in wanting to buy a sprayer to paint 2300 sq ft of ceiling. The manager advised me to buy a Wagner flexion 590. At 240 dollars. When I took it home to set it up the sucker weighs so much it would be impossible to do that much. Further reading this sprayer is for small jobs. I go online and can buy the same sprayer for 180 at Canadian tire. The best part was when the sales person told me this device is better than an airless it's a turbine.....they obviously had no idea what they were talking about. But hey a different day different department, Floors - so I'm buying some understand for a floor. Or attempting anyway. They only have three rolls and I require 7. I ask the department if they have more. He advises me the have another 3 at this store and 2 at another, I can drive all over the entire province for this stuff apparently . I said that so t do why don't they ship the rolls I need to this store I'll buy it and pick it up? They won't do that. I informed them that home depot would And have done that for me. But no it would involve work on their part. Can't have that. Then I was told the could at some point order more but it'll take 3 weeks to get in. I should just visit the multiple stores. I didn't buy the product. Getting to my breaking point. Lumber - I bought a sheet of plywood but needed cuts made. Two identical sheets 66 1/2" x 17 3/4". Not complicated in my opinion. The lumberyard worker had no idea how to read a tape measure! I showed him on the tape where 3/4 was. We marked it! Awesome make two please! I've gotta grab some legs. So I come back he cut the board 1 @ 66 1/2" x 17 3/4" and another at 17 3/4" x 31 1/2". I say no that is not right two at this first cut. I go to customer service. The previous day I bought 600 worth of flooring and a promotion was going on where you got gift cards. I asked the question where I felt shorted the gift cards cause if I made two purchases of 300 each I would have gotten 50 more of gift cards. I was told they wouldn't "allow" me make two purchases. Now I'm mad. Go back to collect my wood and leave to never come back when I see waiting at the till my wood. I asked the cashier for a tap measure cause something is not right. The f#÷=%Omg wood is cut 1/4 too small. I threw my hands up and walked out. The only saving grace of Lowes (who I enjoy in other locations) was when I called head quarters to complain. Trudy was flabbergasted at my story and just as confused that the guy working the cutting machine could read a tape measure . She called the general manager on my behalf, I was very willing to talk to him to suggest that his staff need more training in their respective departments. I was put on hold.......for 30 mins before I hung up. This store is awful! Just this Lowes in general . No one will help you, no one knows what is going on and they are not qualified to be "running " a department. As a customer I rely and trust that I'm getting honest and accurate information and service. You will not get that here.

Two pricing errors on the list of five things I was looking for. Cashier wouldn't honor price of product listed on shelf. Waited for a half hour for her to call a manager. When I inquired again sure said she couldn't call one about the questions I had. Left disappointed and will shop elsewhere from now on.

I've never had a bad experience at this store. Always has quality lumber and helpful staff. The contractor checkout is perfect and convenient. Great place.
