Friendliest driver ever! Gave great tips for places to check out while in the area. Driver was punctual and had a clean vehicle. Thanks for making it easy to get around.
Customer service needs work. A less than 30 min arrival time turned into 1 hour and 30 mins. Also was charged 10 dollar cancelation fee due to them being a hour late

Have used loves several times, they have always been nice and polite, our car was in the shop for awhile,and my wife was disabled in a wheelchair, was having to go to doctor a couple times a week, had to be there at 8 in the morning never had to miss a appointment or late for appointment, thanks to loves, would be happy to recommend them to anyone
They are pretty much the only Taxi service in Gadsden. They do not stay open 24-7.

Driver stopped to pick up another fare while transporting me. They did not enforce any mask wearing while I had to share the back seat with a stranger. Had to use my phone to give directions because the driver did not know the area or apparently did not have working gps. the price was generous but would recommend prepaying over the phone or online as they may not have appropriate change or working card readers
Total rip-off , I called for a taxi for a 22 mile round trip to pick up keys , they charged me $126 dollars , when I called the business back to ask why so high she told me they were in Atalla and 30 minute away from me , funny thing is they got to my house in 20 minutes , if I had been told they were in Atalla I wouldn’t have used them the address on there website says there on 6th St. In Gadsden ,
I personally have not had the pleasure of using the service, but I work at a business that both the owner and her customers visit. She is a wonderful and caring person and some other reviews on her make me nauseous. No other taxi service would get out the car and help their blind passenger into a business and then back to the taxi. She also does so much good for a city with so many in need of it. If I am ever in need of a ride they will be the first I call.
