I've changed my rating from 1 to 5 stars. The agency is trustworthy. The first experience was very bad. We gave them a second chance, and traveled with them on different trips. Everything is good. They are accurate and precise in providing information. Buses are always comfortable. The guides are not to be praised, but they are always there to help you. All in all a reliable agency for cheap travel. The price should also be taken into account. For the price they offer, it can't be better. Great job Lavli.

The trip was amazing for the price we paid. Staff was awesome and very professional. Nikola, DJidji and the drivers made this trip safe and comfortable. Definitely going again with Lavli travel and highly recommend them. Thanks guys for all your effort to make this trip an amazing experience.

Very bad agency. I was a traveller in the group to Istanbul. The hotel was terrible! Bad hygiene, bugs in the restaurant, a nightmare! Than, organisation was catastrophic. No lunch or bathroom breaks, not caring for people, taking us the first day to a shopping mall to buy leather jackets paid partnership of course with an excuse that we are going to look around the city. Unprofessional!!! Location of the hotel was ok. The only thing which was positive is a guide Leona maybe I am wrong which showed us the Istanbul classisc tour. I really enjoyed that one. Otherwise, I would give 1 star. Staff is unpolite, rude and unhelpful. They provided wrong info about covid terms to some travellers regarding antibodies so they have to do a test on the airport.

Bad experience with this agency. It's a risk to book with them.

The trip was so badly organised that we waited for everything, including the bus to pick us up after a full day of activities- we waited for 40 minutes. They cut each break on our trip short and they we're quite unpleasant. With each mistake they made they we're very unpologetic and had the audocity to say how the trip was cheap and we should understand these things because it was such a good deal. When asked any questions about our arrivals or anything trip related they would welcome you with an unpleasant 'How are we supposed to know?!?' So unprofessional.

The trip was simply a nightmare, begging for toilet stops, which came after 6 hours!, aditionally we were droped in the middle of nowhere in the city at 6 am, with a "kind" notice that the hotel's check in was at 2 pm!. 8 hours waiting. Think twice, or more, before booking here.
