I was so thankful I chose Rachelle and Ed! Both of them made my experience as painless as possible; buying and selling a place is stressful enough! They didn't push me to make offers and made sure I was certain and happy before giving one. Even in this unprecedented market downturn, they helped me get the best deal possible: advised me to sell first since prices are dropping to secure my budget, then shop for deals. Through this approach I was able to get what I wanted without going over budget! I love their professionalism and them being for me every step of the way. Their package has everything; from cleaners and staging to help you sell, to lawyer recommendations and renovation contractors for when you close. Instagram is the avenue where we meet this fantastic duo. As a first time home buyer we want to build our dream team. We interviewed potential people who will work with us finding our first home. We first met with Ed and Rachelle thru a Zoom call and we really like they way the presented themselves. They answered our questions and we initially felt that they are really willing to help. So after a few days me and husband decided that Ed and Rachelle will be the team to help us in this huge endeavor. As a first time homebuyer, we were scared, we were anxious but Ed and Rachelle made us feel that we are not alone that they are there to guide us. Rachelle set up a Whatsapp group chat where we are able to communicate all at once. They give us feedback, they gave us choices and what we like about them is that they will always try. Even at times it seems impossible they will not let you feel it but they will give you their thoughts and at the end of the day it's still us who decide. If they they know, they try to find it out, when you ask them a question, they will answer you. They let us feel that we are a team. We want to see a listing they always try their best to accommodate what is best for us. We need something, they can contacts that can help, it's really a team effort. They made it easier for their clients, oops I should say made it easier for their friends. The initiative and communication skills of the “Love Your Home Team” LYHT duo of Rachelle and Ed, really set a positive experience of finding a place for my wife and I to move into downtown Toronto. Doing my own research, and communicating with different realtors, Rachelle recognized our needs and led us through a hunt toward the Championship spot. After a first showing that we visited, LYHT had organized a list of places for us based on our needs and budget. Every listing we visited had at least 4-6 potential bidders for the same spot often going over the price range we were comfortable with. We had to act fast in order to prevail in this competitive market. Rachelle took ownership of our journey, while Ed was also accommodating other clients, and had arranged for us to see 6 showings within 2 days. When we found a spot we felt a good connection with, Rachelle helped us prepare a package with a profile letter among other documents that gave us a strong position to shoot our shot and win this space ! My wife and I moved in August 2022, and being here for 3 months now, we couldn’t be more happier with our first place together in the city.
