Love INC of Newaygo County is a resource ministry dedicated to helping people in need (physically, emotionally, and spiritually) by providing goods and services through area church and community volunteers and resources.

To mobilize the Church, across denominations, to transform lives and communities in the Name of Christ. "Churches Helping People"

Love, In the Name of Christ - Love, inc. is a play on the "inc." part of incorporation. There is a light hearted atmosphere there. They are a resale shop staffed by a few paid staff and a large number of volunteers. They take the profits of freely donated used items and pour them back out in good-will services such as ramps for people newly confined to a wheelchair who might not have another way of affording the service. The churches of the area are the usual sorces of the volunteers, and the needs are usually in Newaygo County. Love, Inc is global in reach, I believe. Stop in and visit the resale shop, including clothing and furniture. There is a loving God.

The thrift shop is amazing, love that part of it, but the food pantry is different, when I've really needed help, even when I was trying to graduate high school, and live on my own, no job because school took up all my time, I made too much money. ......because someone I knew was helping me get hygiene, and toiletry products, it was considered too much. I will never go to the pantry again,

I thought a valid form of ID was required to get food from the pantry. I was sitting waiting for my turn (yesterday), a lady came in told the worker she doesn't have an ID and has never needed one, she ended up getting her food,,,I have known people who forgot their ID and was told to come back.
