She made sure throughout the visit that I was comfortable, explained the steps she was taking, and overall showed caring into her work. She's a beautiful human and loves what she does and it shows. I had treatment plus haircut on last Wednesday with Briar. She is professional in hair styling and haircut. Also I discussed with Mari about hair straightening, she checked my hair and new grown hair to make sure that my hair wouldn’t get damaged during treatment. I liked her honest and professional advise.

Best hair cut I have ever had. I did not feel stressed or awkward explaining the style I wanted and I love my hair so much. My stylist, Joumana, listened to me and looked at the photos I brought for reference and then absolutely nailed it. She was thoughtful about checking in on length as she moved through the cut and now I have an absolutely amazing haircut that I LOVE! Thank you Joumana for such a beautiful cut and style! This was my first time visiting and I had a great experience! Joumana did a wonderful job with my cut and it came out pretty much exactly as I wanted it to : Both her and Martin were super knowledgeable and considerate about my requests and hair type. Will be sure to come back in the future.

Keratin Treatment Service and the ambiance was amazing. However I am not happy with the Treatment results. I thought My hair will be straight at least for a week. After a one wash hair is back to my normal curly hair. Disappointed :

Today was my first time going into this salon and I have to say I had a great experience!! Mervin did my hair and I walked out feeling like a million bucks :- last year I coloured my hair dark and it was the worst decision I’ve made, he colour corrected my hair and started the process of going blonde again ! Such a waste of money and time! I have frizzy hair and tried keratin treatment. After wash, my hair was as frizzy as before. To be fair, the hairdresser offered to redo my hair but so far I have been in his salon 3 times including one consultation before doing the treatment to adjust my expectations But after seeing no improvement in my hair for the first time, I do not have that much hope to do it for the second time.

BEWARE….I wish I could give a 0 star coz that’s how bad my experience was at the Lounge Salon. I went in for removal of my hair extensions and I wish I knew in that moment that I was going to regret it over the coming years. I had an appointment with Briar Cook who removed my extensions, little did I know that when she will finish the horrible work, I would be left with literally no hair beyond my neck. I paid about $220 to come home with no hair. THE WORST HAIRDRESSER AND SALON EVER.. all she said at the end was Aww you’ll be fine, they will grow back!!!! I still cry to this day..Service: Hair extensions
