I visited Louis Vuitton @ Saks Downtown Toronto to get some of their products. The store was very beautiful and neat. At this store the service they provided is exceptional. Eliza and Jessica were such great helps. they gave me some good advice and are very friendly and professional. The other lady who also working there also great with helping other customers in the store. Will give this store 10 stars if I could. What a great team to make customers comfortable and also confident to shop here. This will be my regular store to go whenever I want to buy Louis Vuitton, see you guys again soon. :
Subpar service. I only go into luxury stores when I plan to shop and know exactly what I need. I travelled from one Louis Vuitton to another because I was informed that the Saks location had the bag in stock. #1 Everyone seems miserable and as though you are bothering them. #2 The associate that assisted me told me that it wasn't in stock without even checking stock levels. #3 when I told him I was informed that they had it, once again, did not check stock levels and asked when I was told it was in stock. After all the back and fourth finally checked the stock levels and looked in more than the one drawer he originally checked. #4 After the purchase of the bag I barely received a "Bye" I've never felt less wanted in a store before. Definitely the last time I will be in.
I walked in ready to buy a specific purse I saw online but unfortunately, it was not in stock. Michael was very helpful in giving me options that he thought would suit my style the best. I bought the purse I came for in a different pattern and I received zero bad attitude about sticking to what I wanted initially. Overall, Michael was very attentive, friendly and funny! I will definitely be going back to this location for my next purchase.
I went there today and this time I found the staffs are not helpful and attitude is a bit rude. I made couple purchases before and the services was considered satisfactory but today no, I don’t see the service supposed to be by a luxury designer store. Are they busy ? Not the time I was there. It was only me and one other customer but she the sales associate made it sounds they are busy there. Even Sales associate from Gucci store did better jobs than this location. I have to stop shopping this location. Yonge and Bloor flagship is better service.
I personally don’t really like this location but my best CA works there and he is wonderful!!! The store is not big and I’ve found the service to be just ok compared to the Bloor location. Most of the sales associates can kinda ignore you or give you very little attention. I’m not usually too demanding however if I’m spending that much at least the service should be great! However, like I mentioned at beginning, my CA is just great. Very helpful, patient, not pushy and always checking on his clients. His name is Shin-You or You You, ask for him if you want a great service . And just for him I’ll give it 4 .
The manager at this location should learn a thing or two about customer service. Had issue with an item I ordered through this store but the SA ordered the wrong item. I did not like the way manager dealt with the issue. She definitely has attitude problem and need to be nicer to customer specially when they are the one who made the mistake. All she said to me is “ the SA who place the order is no longer works for us” How is that my problem? Avoid this LV location, the one at Bay and Bloor is much friendly..
Great experience at Louis Vuitton as usual. Rebekka is a star and really took time and had patience with me as I picked out what I was looking for. If something was not in stock, she offered to order it or try to find it at another store. Very professional, friendly, and super helpful -- even during all the COVID restrictions!! I highly recommend this location and Rebekka as a sales associate!!!!!
This location has really bad service. We had asked for a replacement strap, walked out thinking the order was placed because we had spent over thirty minutes trying to give them my info. However, after one month of silence, I went back to the shop and they did not even have any of my basic information saved not to mention the strap replacement order. The manager walks over realizing she remembers me being there and does not apologize that they forgot to order my strap one month ago, but informs me now that I need to pay an additional $300 for this. Do not go here for good customer service.
Ok. Where do I begin. This might be an one off issue. I went into the store to check some belts and the associate gave me the wrong price for the belts and was not even courteous to check the price for me. The salesperson was just presumptuous that I was not going to buy anything and acted that way. Then I asked about a piece I saw at another store and the sales associate said LV has never made this kind of design ever. Then I showed him a photo and he goes "Oh you should've bought it then". I was disgusted by the ignorance and even more by the sheer lack of basic customer service ethics. I went to Nordstrom and got a Ferragamo belt instead. Won't be going to this location again.
Good outlet... but they lack good customer service. They are trying too hard to sell, so they can get their commission. You don't feel comfortable browsing for the product you want to get which I don't feel at other LV stores.
