I will never ever set foot there again! The receptionist is so unprofessional! Like I read in another review, I don’t know how this dental place can hire someone like her. She does not take into consideration how a worrying parent needs to be reassured with answers. She has a weird way of answering questions straightforward like a robot without really listening to your questions and when you want to clarify things with the dentist, she replies she cannot disturb the dentist for that. Wow bravo! How professional! And once i was calling back since I have a missed call from the dentist, she replied rudely i told you we will call you! I replied to her ‘madame I am calling because i got a missed call from the dentist! Honestly, don’t waste your time going there if you are looking for a kid friendly environment and professional pediatric dental place. Look for a place that takes the time, patience and care for their little patients.
The doctor To is amazing she is so kind and nice with kids also the nurse both are a great team, but the secretary that she answer the calls is very very rude I wish I know her name so I will write it here, she is not listening to me and she is in a hurry and speaks like a robot. I received an email saying, “Call the clinic.” When I called, there was no response. I called more than once, and she answered me and said in a loud voice, “You call a lot. When I have time, I will answer you.” She thought that I do not have any things to do just calling her I really have an emergency situation and I need an answer for my question.and I received an email from the clinic the day after said your kid file is close in our clinic because you are bothering our stuff with your many callsseriously bravo this is the professional way to solve issues. I didn’t recommend this clinic to any one I had a bad experience with their secretariats .
Dr. Dabbagh is amazing! She knows how to make kids feel comfortable. The staff and atmosphere are warm and welcoming, and you really feel you are in good hands. My daughter is always so excited to go to the dentist and runs to Dr. Dabbagh to give her a huge hug! Thank you Dr. Dabbagh and the whole team at Dentistes pédiatriques!

Faire subir à des enfants de cet âge une consutation ou un traitement chez un dentiste pédiatrique est une torture aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants car je ne suis pas à ma premiere expérience , mais le professionalisme et l'humanisme de Dr Louis René Charette nous a permis moi , ma femme et les 2 petits de passer cette épreuve avec joie et enthousiasme, tellement mes enfants veulent le revoir le lendemain ! vraiment c est une personne doué et capable de se déguiser en un enfant pour avoir leur confiance. Mais , lorsque j ai vu les commentaires des autres , je me suis dit que ces commentaires s'appliquent exactement aux cabinets de dentistes que j avais visités dans le passé et non plus aux staff de ce cabinet dont le professionnaliste , l'acceuil et le respect sont irréprochables. Pour s'en convaincre , une visite sur place est recquise car le téléphone parfois nous induit en erreur . Je le recommande fortement aux parents !
