The sky train is amazing way to travel. Safe with an emergency call strip if not feeling safe and officers get onto the train. My only complaints about skytrain station, particularly Lougheed and the commercial Drive ones. is that it is very confusing where you’re supposed to go and what train you’re supposed to be on to get to where you need to go. So take your time ask questions cause the next train will only be a few minutes away.
Homeless are always shooting up under the skytrain and the parking lot below are for people who probably don’t drive or have a license. I see people all the time parked in the middle of the lanes and just get out of their cars. Then people stop in the street blocking the entrance. Most of these drivers should just never drive again and use the skytrain and buses only. Overall the place is dirty, dangerous, and like bumper cars. I would avoid it at all costs if I could.
This station give you stunning view and also there is a nearby bus stop and market where u can get food or groceries etc.
One can get both Metro's from here is it from millennium line or expo line .
Hate paying extra just to get to this part of the city, like, why do we have to pay 3 zones instead of just paying the regular 1 zone amount and just being able to go anywhere on the train.nPeople who use public transportation try to live as far as possible from Downton to get a better rent deal, but also you gotta pay more to use the exact same train people in Downtown use?nDon't get me wrong, I think public transportation here is great.
