Everything started out fine. I signed for a date and time and gave my credit card to reserve my rental. The afternoon before they were supposed to arrive with my rental, they tried my credit card for a deposit, only to have it not work. We quickly resolved it and confirmed the date and time for drop off, after receiving that deposit, for the next day. The next day the rental showed up 2 hours late. Even though the time was reiterated on more than 4 occasions, most recently the day before I have a text proving it was confirmed. They said the reason it was late was because of my late deposit. They had my credit card weeks before the day, they only put the deposit through the day before but still received payment, and they confirmed the time it would arrive that same day. In all I had 8 people sitting around for 2 hours as we waited for the rental, which we were all reliant on. When I called to discuss the situation and looked for some accountability or compensation, they refused to take any accountability and they even charged me a few dollars more than the original rental price! Ha!! I escalated to the supervisor who never called me… BEWARE…
