Highly recommend! What an amazing place! I was there this past weekend for the grand “re-opening” of the restaurant and wow! The place was packed with smiling, happy, thankful customers who came out to support this family owned local business. It was super brave of the new Lost Arrow owners to decide to re-open on a busy holiday weekend without yet having a full crew, but they did it and everyone around me was super appreciative that they were willing to take that chance. If you are looking for a unique restaurant that allows you the opportunity to sit outside and have a few drinks and/or a meal as you overlook a winding river, then this is your place! I will definitely be back and look forward to not only coming for dinner, but would love to plan a weekend “get-a-way” with my family and stay in one of the cabins on the water so that we can enjoy kayaking, swimming, etc. I look forward to seeing you again in the near future and wish you continued success!
We were a group of 30+ celebrating a 50th Wedding Anniversary over 5 days. We had a mix of renting the deluxe cabins, rustic cabins, motel suites and regular motel rooms. All which were very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was very relaxing. We took advantage of all the amenities provided at no additional cost. We are a somewhat loud crew and we definitely like to party late into the night. We did our best to keep noise to a minimum to respect other guests. We were not asked to leave the community areas or adhere to a “quiet” time which we very much appreciated. There was not one complaint from anyone in our group. 1/2 of the group was already online booking their next stay. There were a few times we needed to ask for some items but the hosts were on top of any request made. I think having some patience and grace goes a long way. The owners told us many time times they welcome feedback - that can be done in a respectful way.
Stopped in here as we were in the area looking at property. Beautiful grounds with rental cabins on the lake. Even with water levels currently down, there was action on the water. We had lunch at the restaurant and our server was friendly. Our food was good and drinks weee refilled quickly. I got the pizza, and it was enough for 3 meals! Also enjoyed the spinach cheese dip too. The outdoor seating area looked great, but we sat inside and had a great water view there too. Will definitely come back when we are in the area again!
We were visiting family in the area and decided to stay at the Lost Arrow instead of their house. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The pool, even though we did not use it, was clean...next time. We were only there for two nights so we chose to stay in the motel. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable, even the pillows! Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed the two days we were there but I have it on good authority my family that the food is very good. Can't wait to see for myself. We're already planning our next visit.
The lost arrow was my favorite place as a kid to visit, and Allison and the other new owners have done a phenomenal job at bringing the resort back to being the best place on the river! We have stopped in every weekend of the summer to enjoy the 10/10 food, drinks, and service! So happy to see the place back in business and better than ever, live music, new menu, great drinks, and great views as always!
Stayed at Lost Arrow for a long weekend with several families. We each stayed in a rustic cabin and they are far from rustic! Each cabin had a full beautiful, clean bathroom Standing shower stall and then a toilet and sink, carpeting, comfy beds and a heat/AC unit. They have a nice indoor pool that all the kids love to play in and spent several hours in there. The owners, who are so accommodating, provided us ice and plenty of firewood for the weekend. We didn’t get a chance to eat at their restaurant as we brought and cooked all of our food onsite, but we will definitely use this amenity next time.
it was just so amazing, the minute I walked into the restaurant I knew that this was a place that had good food, the service was so amazing, our orders were put in quick and the food came out quick. Drinks were amazing. AND probably the best part of the entire experience was our server named Hope she was so mature and well spoken for her age and she did a wonderful job of remembering our drinks throughout the whole night she's a five star server that's for sure. I would definitely come back here again and request for hope to be my server
We had an excellent experience at The Lost Arrow. We had a big group and our waitress Lori took fantastic care of everyone. Pizza was delicious as was the cod dinner. Highly recommend and will be back!Service: 5/5
What a great weekend getaway. This place is a wonderful! Everyone there, was professional and very inviting. The owners were friendly and down to earth. The cabin we had was well kept and nothing was out of place. We loved sitting on the back deck of the cabin. It was peaceful,and it offers a great view of the river. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. As far as the bar/ restaurant we had Jeremy as a server all weekend and he was on point and very attentive and professional the whole time. The food was great and the drinks were cold. We used the pool and hot tub both days which was very relaxing. There really is no reason to go anywhere else. All amenities needed are right there on the premises. My wife and I and our friends are already looking forward to coming back again in the near future. Thanks for having a great place for people to come and have fun and relax. My only regret is that time went by to fast. I’m glad that we found our new weekend getaway. This place is a gem! See you all soon!
I think 2 yrs ago or last year we went there for treat or trick. Two or three blonde women gave away candies they threw high a few candies at us we quickly caught it and sometime missed it lol. We all had a very good laughing we enjoy so much fun thats what we really need. i want to tell them that they are awesome people! I never forget about the moment amazing memory!
