Pepe is a very nice person. He's a professional with years of experience. He has excellent customer service skills. I'll keep coming to him for alterations on some other items I have in my closet that definitely need attention.
They did a great job repairing my boots at a remarkably reasonable cost. Surprisingly fast too.
