This was our first time at Los Cabos. Food wise, the meat was flavored well, large proportions, and it was priced well; even the drinks. The only three complaints food wise is that the shrimp wrapped in bacon was a little dry, one of our quesadillas was over cooked and the meat portions were a little small. Our server wasn't horrible, just not as attentive as we would have liked. We had to flag her down a few times. Maybe she was super busy. One thing I'd like to point out, there is no changing table in the restrooms. It makes things tricky if you have a small baby. Overall though, we'd go back again.
We had a nice dinner here. The carne asada was tender and flavorful. We will be back for more.Food: 4/5
Pictured: Lunch Dual Fajhita plate, Chicken + Shrimp, the chicken is well braised, the shrimp is cooked to the tipping point just before overcooking that brings out its most robust flavor, the onions are fully carmelized without being overly burnt, and the chips are dense with cornmeal with less reliance on fluffing agents, letting them have a Fuller and more robust taste. Their chef really knows what he's doing.
I have been twice now and the food is excellent. The service is impeccable. I loved the margaritas. The prices are reasonable. I got the tacos the first time I went. They are the best I've had out with a hard shell. The reason they are the best is my shell didn't get saggy and limp despite the chicken being very juicy. Usually by the time I eat my second taco it's usually done with a fork cause there is no way I can lift it without it falling apart. The second time I went I got the special which was a chimichanga and it too was just as delicious. The atmosphere is nice and the paintings are very pretty. I like the dolphins as well as the lizards. They have TVs in the bar area with various sports going. I don't recall the sound up or if it was on it was quite enough to think and talk. Parking: We've gone at lunch though the week and there has alway been plenty of parking, however I can see if it gets super busy it might be a harder to find parking.
Had the Chile Colorado...try it. It is really tasty. Generous portions and served hot. This is simply good food. We heard a lot of fajitas being delivered to other tables as well. Pretty busy, but to be expected on a Friday. I understand the place fills up and parking could be an issue, so come early.Food: 5/5
Love their food. Margarita's are not good. Service is good. Fajitas are yummy. Shredded Beef Tacos love them, and enchiladas are excellent ..Recommended dishesTaco Salad, Enchilada Plate with a Deep Fried Jalapeño, 4 Beef Tacos, Carne Asada, Tostada Salad, Tortillas and Cheese on the Side, Tacos Rice and Beans Pretty Much All I Know, Cheese Enchilada, Fresh Flour Tortillas

One piece of meat had more flavor than I have experienced in the 17 years I've lived on this planet. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I loved this place 10/10 would recommendFood: 5/5
The food was awful. Treated a couple of friends to this restaurant, the beans and salsa were terrible. Refills were sat at the table behind us and cups were left empty. Tried to make the best of the meal with the salt shaker, but hope was lost. Our waitress was so out of it, never smiled once, made us very uncomfortable and were asked how we were paying before food even arrived. I’d tolerate this behavior if the food was good but the fact that the service and the food was bad, man it was sad. Don’t waste your time , I contemplated between pueblito and Cabo’s for an hour . This was a huge mistake.
Food was wonderful. We were looking for a lunch on a Sunday.... Not crowded - but busy - everything was great...Food: 5/5
