I just bought my first home with Kimberly’s help! I can’t thank Kimberly and the VanDinther team enough. Kimberly was such a great help during an incredibly challenging seller’s market. As an out-of-town buyer, I really relied upon Kimberly’s knowledge and expertise, and I was so grateful that she was able and willing to do virtual tours with me. She has a fantastic understanding of Burlington and Oakville’s condo market, I felt really confident in the advice that she gave me. Working with a realtor who works within a team also proved to be a great benefit- when I expanded my search to Milton, Morgan was able to lead a virtual tour in a short turn around and I ended up finding my perfect first home. This team is great. I can’t recommend Kimberly enough and there is no doubt in my mind that I will work with her again when I am ready to look for my next home. Thank you!
Kim was our realtor and she was great! She is very knowledgeable about the Hamilton area and seemed to have our best interest in mind when helping us find a home. Some realtors can be pushy on you to buy quickly so they can collect commission, but we didn’t feel that way with Kim at all. Kim made the experience as enjoyable as it could be as first time home buyers.

Stop looking! You’ve found your realtor! We’ve now purchased 2 homes and sold one with Kim. Each time felt like a breeze and both homes exceeded all our expectations of what we thought we could get into!! Kim is great to work with, knowledgeable, and exceptionally thorough; spending the time to get to know what we needed, our budget and where we wanted to be location wise. She was there to answer every question, advocates for us throughout the process and eased our concerns when they popped up. She will be who we call if we ever decide to move from our dream home.
We had a very good experience with Kimberly. Her knowledge of the area is excellent and she provided honest and insightful advice about different locations. She was responsive to our preferences. We couldn't attend our second pre-closing visit so she went herself and provided us with a video walk through which was really helpful. Her recommendations for services in the area were also a nice touch.

My brother and I came from Ukraine a couple months ago and it was very important to find someone who could guide us. Mellisa became that person and did everything to help with first leasing experience in Canada. The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. She offered her opinion when we asked and helped us to consider things we hadn’t thought of. Lori's real estate experience was drawn upon to read market conditions, map competitive landscape, formulate a pricing strategies, and deliver a unique marketing plan that allowed us to sell our home on time while achieving our target. price. Not easily achieved as some foreseen and unforeseen challenges materialized. Without a seasoned professional such as Lori by our side to navigate us through the process we would not have realized such a positive outcome.
