I ordered my pizza with delivery. When I received my pizza it was ice cold. I asked for my pizza to be well done and it was barely cooked. Also this is a large pizza. Two and a half inches around the pizza is just sauce no cheese no toppings. Just look at the photos. On top of that where the toppings are supposed to be and the cheese you can see right through to the sauce. You would expect better Pizza that cost $35. Not worth the money or time. Do not get your money's worth. You can get a much better pizza at another location.
Hadn’t ordered or been to Lorenzo’s in quite sometime. Their pizzas used to be amazing. What we got now with a large order was disappointing: light on the toppings and not much flavours despite relatively high price. There is better value and taste elsewhere. Whole family was disappointed and we won’t be back.
I dont leave many reviews but I had to give lorenzos a shout out. We get pizza and wings for family movie nights a few times a month. We normally bounce between places due to inconsistencies in food quality and flavor. We find you either get really good wings and the pizza is trash or the wings are over cooked and the pizza is good. Lorenzo's kills both of them. The wings are breaded and cooked perfectly. The sauce honey hot is some of the best I have ever had. The pizza is flavorful. Base has a nice flavor to it. Not doughy, chalky or hard. The sauce is wonderful and is what really makes the pizza something special. Toppings are fresh and they put the perfect amount of cheese. We don't like over cheesed pizza where all you can taste is cheese. 10 out of 10.
Pizza was actually very good. As was the service. Up until after the meal. This was my first time in here in at least 6 years. The menu had changed. No shellfish on there anymore which is great because my wife has a deadly allergy. She was luckily not with me, but I told them of the allergy, just in case, as it poses a huge risk to her, and I was told they had no shellfish, even after I straight up named foods that are considered shellfish. After the meal, one of the other waitresses told me "we still do shrimp in a basket, but it's done in the fryer, so you're fine", despite my several mentions of a deadly allergy. I was told they don't have it on all the menus, as they have different menus depending on whether you are dining in vs ordering in. This level of ignorance is equivalent to playing Russian Roulette with people's lives. Imagine someone with the same allergy goes in, gets the same responses I got, so felt safe ordering a plate of fries. Fries fried in the same fryer used to make a shrimp basket just before. And the waitress was so nonchalant in her response. "I'll mention it to owner" in a way that was totally unbelievable. SO RIDICULOUSLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LEVEL OF IGNORANCE! Dietary restrictions: Deadly shellfish allergy
Visited for the first time with a large group of friends on the weekend. Service was great, staff was friendly and pizza was delicious. Will definitely be going back!
Ordered threw Uber eats and had to wait over a hour to pick ourself. When picked up missing large pizza. Club sandwiches were hard to bite into. And when I call a few min after picked up as it's near my house I'm told to contact Uber they can't help me. Umm yes you can give me a large pizza. My kids are now hungry and I have to go spend more money for them to eat. Not impressed at all. What I get for all this is a refund from Uber for my next order. I've always liked lorenzos but will not be ordering again. And may I add to work on your customer service. Thx
Every time I go to order through Uber from this location the order is always cancelled. Order is simple cheese pizzas and tomato sauce instead of meat sauce lasagna. I don’t know if I would attempt an order again, It’d probably just get cancelled again…
Pizza was OK, wings were ok. I wouldn’t order from here again but it’s in the neighbourhood so I figured I would give it a try.
Used to love this place. After visiting it for the first time today in 2 years, I see they had renovated. Guess they are trying to make the money back by lowering the quality of their food or there is a new owner. The pizza had zero taste. We also ordered green olives on only half, and they put it on the whole thing. The pizza was super thin for some reason as if they want to use the minimal amount of dough possible. The poutine has zero taste as well and half our fries weren't even cooked properly, they were still hard on the inside. Very sad that such a good place went this far downhill.
Pizza was just ok, but $30+ tip for a large combination that was only 6 slices was a giant rip off. Won't go back. For that price, go to Super duper pizza, for the same cost, you get your monies worth.
