Mission - Lordco -nI am so displeased writing thisnfacts as follows:nnEssentially - Pam very rude & absolutely no attention & supportive & Pam who served me, was rude & she literally felt disturb serving - apparently her approach was negative & not polite - absolutely! It was line - up and took quite a while appx 10' she was busy with her hard catalogue book & taking notes almost 10 '- we were 3 customers, not paid any attention and not saying even ' I be with you shortly' and and no greetings and gesture rathef disturbing and rude , found her racist - xenophobic.nnEssentially - have been dealing with Lordco almost 29 yearsnand always get 15% discount, she could not find my # in the system and in the past a few times Lordco indicated Mission & Surrey staffs that after one year it gets deleted if not active - she won't trust about that.nnI recommend - to have someone in customers service who is patient, polite and able to manage & handle customers diligently. As well, there was another staff - seemed her Supvisor approached us - she was not supportive partially talking in favor of her and protecting her her rude behavior rather she displayed her rude manner - negatively arguing, and not productive to serve Lordco customers and arguing - do you call it good customer service - huh !nFurthermore - I am disappointed by this rude employees - and never been served like this @ Lorco - prior, it's best to place her at the back in warehouse, where she doesn't require to serve Lorco customers, as it's not befitting for Lordco to have someone one this - that could impact & credibility of this great business, at the end of the its ain't worth it - believe it not, unless it's professional training & practicesnnIn - fact - I have my trust in Lordco and that they will deal with this matter seriously.nnRemember - Great leadership is not getting people to do what you require, great leadership is creating new leaders and team. - Together in one stand and Unstoppable - Team Matters !!!nnI wish I could say - this Pam was amazing , and what essence it take to behalf well with people, at the end of the it's all about people and that's what would remain forever - goodness!!!nnLiterally - this is how moren& more success happens - higher & higher - unlimited - perpetually & not only succeed where you at - you got my point - huh !I
Our rep Matt has been amazing helping us figure out product & solutions for our needs and finding solutions for our clients. We have regular contact with him and that ability to problem solve with him on the fly has definitely made our business more efficient and effective. Thank you Matt Webb!!

Be nice if they would hire people that had a clue about vehicles
I don't understand why such a massive auto parts company gouges the hell out of people with their ridiculous pricing!!! Tnt auto and Napa have the same parts for half the price. The new warehouse is paid for by people that shop at lordco.
