I used to work at this location about 10 years ago when I was discriminated against due to my nationality and treated like an animal after all the repairs l performed. They also treated employees like cattle, which was hard for me to absorb on a daily basis. Their nationlity has always discriminated against my nationality by insults with regards to our personality, but they should look at their history with regards to what they have done. They who destroyed lives as the Roman Empire, crucifixion of Jesus Christ, Mafia, WW1, and of course WW2, in which they changed sides multiple times during the wars. Don't get me wrong, we all crucified Jesus because we are all siners, but they were there to actually put Jesus on the old rugged Roman cross. My point is that we have done negative things in the world, but they have done the most, including short changing me a couple of times. I also forgot to mention that they demoted a white Canadian caucasian worker from the meat room instead of firing him because they didn't want to pay him a severence package due to the length of time he worked at the Longo's organization. They ended up hiring a family member who made the situation worse in all aspects of the job's requirements as per an employee at the administration 2nd floor office's location. He also didn't have any respect when dealing with me directly due to always rolling his eyes, indicating he had no interest in the conversation when one time l made a comment that his eyes would get stuck in that position. l would never work at Longo's distribution center or any other location as long as l live.
Longos is charging people $11 more for $29 on a bottle of olive oil that you can buy it for $18 at Loblaws. I will never ever put my foot inside longos again. They have lost a customer as well as other of my friends and relatives.
Weston Rd / Rutherford location .I shop for over 20 years .From my observation it looks like the Management doesn't know how to handle staff . I been told by Staff that I should read labels , I didn't have my glasses , and the print was very small . I ask for help , and that what I get. I ask supervision talk to the employee and send him for perhaps training , because that is zero customer service . For the fact this is harassments . What if the person is impair? Where we are turning this days ? Zero professionalism from Management handling the situation .Zero customer service !!!!
