This is the supermarket I like to visit. The layout and settings are very tidy and clean. The quality of meat and veggie is good. Yesterday was Valentine Day , the I could see many customers bought flowers and cakes. I also bought 2 cute cup cakes for my sweet hearts granddaughters.
I ordered a cake one week ago for my daughter’s birthday.nYesterday, I went to pick it up, but they made it purple instead of light pink. My daughter was very upset. They asked me to wait while they made a new one. I waited more than 30 minutes, but the second cake was dark pink and had the wrong design. I had no choice but to take it.nWhen I cut the cake at the party, I realized it was mostly icing and the flavour was wrong. I ordered vanilla custard, but it was filled with whip cream.nThis ruined the party, and we are very disappointed.
Their displays at the fruit and vegetable section were very sloppy. I feel like shopping at a No Frills.
Great location lots of parking and the staff was very helpful. Lots of quality food and the place is very clean.
The store manager isn’t doing a good enough job getting all cashiers to bag groceries. The young employees are eager to help. They are just naturally helpful. But the older employees don’t even ask if you need help, even when it’s clear you have several bags to fill. Worse yet, they push the next person’s items down the line before you can even finish packing everything up, and look at you as if you’re the problem. The self scan checkout counters are a pain to use, too. Please make the entire checkout experience more consistent and customer-friendly.
