I tried this place a couple of times because it’s the closest bbt shop to my work and I really wanted to like it but every time I go there’s always something that goes wrong with my drink. The first time I ordered summer 2021, there was a giant black ant floating in my bubble tea. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off. I tried this place again a little later summer 2021 and this time, the guy working there charged me for a large when I ordered a medium. Then for the 3rd time, I encountered a difficulty with their machine as the employee did not know how to work the machine. After waiting for 15 minutes to pay, I was promised to be given “the best” mango milk tea. Now I wasn’t expecting anything extra… I get that it wasn’t their fault the machine wasn’t working so I didn’t blame the person for this. It was the fact that after all of that, I was served burnt tapioca- you know the ones that’s at the very bottom of the pot. Which now brings us to today 2022 - I was really craving bbt and this place is the closest one to my work so I decided to give this place one last try. All was good until I got back to my desk and saw that there was ANOTHER GIANT BLACK ANT FLOATING IN MY DRINK. Yes I’m a fool for going back for the 4th time… thought things will be different since it’s a new year and my family that lives in the area always rave about this place. I’ve finally learned my lesson after the 4th try and will definitely not be going back to this place.
The owner is really friendly and accommodating. Lots of good choices for bubble teas. Nice and clean facility. We enjoyed talking to the owner and enjoyed the bubble teas we got. If you do not like your bubble tea too sweet though, I suggest you ask for "no sugar" bubble tea and it would just be right for you.
**Worked here, please dont support this place** - THE OWNER SPIES ON ME THROUGH CAMERAS ALL DAY. didnt think this was weird at first but all my friends said thats odd. - THE OWNER REFUSED TO PAY ME MONEY THAT I WORKED FOR. i had to call the ministry of labour to get my money back. he tried to deduct the cost of small things out of the money that he owed me. lied to the agents one agent was to review my case before filing, the other agent was the one who mediated. he sent me aggressive messages telling me to never contact him again. - the only drinks that ever had real fruits were the ones with strawberries, lime, and banana. the owner uses syrups and frozen berries and ice cream. - uses powder-based coffee whitener. not real milk. the real milk is probably expired, because he only uses it for lattes. the lattes are made with cheap instant coffee. - black and green tea are often days old. ranging from 0-3 days old. - uses the same knife for everything and never washes it. its incredibly dull. - never once used fresh mangoes or pineapple. always syrup. - the ice cream was rock solid and frozen stuck at the bottom of the freezer. - the ant infestation has been there forever; nothing he did ever fixed it. there is a review from earlier that had a huge ant in her drink; the owner never followed up with them even though he said he did. - put a fake review. you can tell because it has a profile picture of his drinks. - never threw out his garbage. i would open the store and see bags of trash beside the table where he prepared food on. - waffles are low quality. they dont look anything like the pictures. - hes not a muslim. once spoke with him and he has a god complex. only bringing this up because he has a tapestry with arabic text on it and a sign that says halal. honestly should put this in capitals and at the top of the list but whatever. - does not clean the floor, the tables, the chair, or the bathroom. that chair at the corner has never been washed once in 3+ years. theres a lot of stuff i forgot. but please do not support this store. get this eyesore off the block. the employees working here will probably be grateful too because no customers=getting paid to do nothing. the owner is manipulative, disrespectful, and does not deserve your money. you can make these drinks at home. i still have the recipes just email me and ill tell you how to make them if by any chance the one guy who owns bamiyan and always tipped me and spoke with me sees this, thank you for always being good to me. wish i could thank you in person. everybody else, good night, thank you for reading, and please take my comments above into consideration. to the employees working here, good luck with everything.
I was in the area and I decided to try this place out. I ordered the mango smoothie which comes with mango jelly and mango bubbles. One size special which is a Large for $6.99. It’s a large size like Starbucks venti size. Very good price and this drink is very good. Not too sweet. Very refreshing. The cup is cool too. Very well-made and definitely reusable. Overall, I really enjoy the drink and will definitely come back
Don’t go here near opening. Waited outside their door for over 20 minutes after opening time stated on their sign and Google 4:30pm no one showed up. Can’t comment on their items because I wasn’t able to try anything.
My husband and I drove by this plaza and saw this bbtea place so wanted to check it out and support .... We ordered the long time no tea milk tea and the mango mix. Both were delicious! : : Place is clean and chill
Went here today, and I absolutely loved the taro milk shake!!! will come back and try other drinks. 100% recommend this place for people who like sweet and bubble tea!
Very refreshing beverages, the store just opened and I can make the first review!!! I tried the mango soda and is very refreshing. The cups and containers are very high quality. Definitely better than real fruit in the mall
The wait time is extremely long, though that is understandable, as there is only one person working, which is most definitely an issue. I ordered real fruit smoothies, though they tasted the same as the slushes I got. The only flavour they obtained was straight ice. I called back, as I was frustrated with the product that I had received for the 30-40 minute wait time. The employee working simply told me that there was some sort of problem, and that for a long time, they had been using syrups and ice for both REAL FRUIT smoothies and slushes. I told her that it was okay, and for her to just ensure to be honest with her customers and to know notify the owner to fix this issue. When you do not have what you are claiming to sell, simply don’t sell it.
it is not Halal . They only put the sign to attract the local people. I never said that there are no Halal Chinese restaurant. Post your halal certification here so the viewers can see it . No need to wast your time by replying alot
