Packaging basically completely destroyed when it arrived. At the very least, the item is in good condition. They could ship with better packaging going forward.

They replaced my helmet due to a factory defect, good communication and resolved the issue quickly.
Normally I don’t do reviews on google. But this was just too good not to. Brought my dirtbike tire to rugged to get changed out along with a few other things. Was there for 3 weeks. Not done. I did have an appointment made. Still sat there. So I went and picked it up. Dropped it at long range. Done in 3 hours. 3 WEEKS TO 3 HOURS. I get that sometimes it’s busy and you can’t get it done. But 1. I had an appointment, and 2. Everytime I called they just told me one more day, one more day. And was never done. Long range told me to bring it in. Couldn’t guarantee one day. But got it done in 3 hours. Never bringing my stuff anywhere but here if I can. Thanks!
