I recently bought a j-45 and it was badly scuffed...I said nothing and soon scuffed it worse..one day months later I told them about the scuffs and they were offering to replace it and gave me my purchase at the time at no cost. Most accountable business Ive seen in years, it was never even out of the box in their store...It is the only music store I will ever shop in again!
