Didn't use the washroom, so I can't comment there. They use Kuerig for their coffee, and you pay $2 a pod up front, so if you have a big coffee mug, it'll be expressive to fill it. No comment from anyone about my truck, I'm guessing the people who got yelled at parked inconsiderately. Just try to stay on the gravel edges, trucks are the death of thin pavement.
General store has a subway located inside. Native smokes and gas, with status card discounts. Has basically most things you'd essentially need in the store. Full service for gas at the pump. Friendly service, also a washroom is located in the building
Nice spot. I am not sure why so many reviews say they don't allow truckers as there were plenty of truckers here when I went.
The prices went up due to inflation but otherwise prices for food/snacks/gas/smokes are up to par 10/10 would recommend
The family vibe and friendly smiles make this gas stop a welcome break on the long trip between Thunder Bay and North Bay. Subway attached and they pump your gas! Locals are very warm and open to sharing thier love for the small community here. Park here for a vote to eat and have the lake view to enjoy.
