Way overpriced. Deep fried pickles are gross and not traditional style. Was very disappointed with this disgusting cheese filled pickle mess they brought out to our table. The waitress was very rude and unhelpful with ordering and through out the visit. I asked if they have a spicy ranch, she brought me a Wasabi cucumber dip?? ‍‍ Those are in no way similar. The hamburger my husband ordered was still raw in the center. My chicken sandwich was also raw in the center. As a cook also, maybe invest in a thermometer or 2? The waitress was not very good at remembering things it seems. She kept forgetting what we said and asked for. Also the 2 young gentleman that came in after us and sat behind us had ordered 2 walleye meals and she tried to bring them the wrong meals. The price for the quality of service and the food was a bit extreme. Perhaps the rating would be different if these this weren't an issue. We did appreciate that you were open past 9pm as everyone else in town was closed.
We had a family gathering at Long Bridge. It was nice to have the outside seating in the fresh air during these crazy Covid times. I think the outside seating was a benefit. Our waitress was friendly and provided good service for our table. We all enjoyed our food and the food of others at the table too!
Food was terrific, burger was cooked to perfection and fries were delicious. I have destroyed my toilet three times in the last two hours since eating.
Perfect place to bring friends for a beautiful outdoor dining experience. Especially nice in the fall with the change of colors and not as crowded. I really enjoyed the 70's theme music as well.
Parker is the BEST bartender. I’m sitting here by myself & he actually engaged this ole woman!! Great place to hang while my husband is fishing
I would classify this place as a bar that reluctantly serves food. The burger that I had was lame at best. It was obviously a frozen party which is fine if you aren't going to charge $10 and pair it with potato chips that you dump out of a bag. I opted for the fry upgrade which cost $1 more. The fries were ok, hard to mess fries up... That being said, the upgrades to the building are great. We were unable to find a table outside at 4pm on a Saturday though. It's definitely a unique establishment and if you've got a few cocktails in you you probably won't notice the food. If you just want a burger and fries to fill your belly, try one of the local fast food restaurants, they are superior from a taste standpoint.
Long-island tea's, cheese curds, Philly Cheesesteak and Mushroom and swiss burger were great!
A cute place on a marina/waterfront canal. Has two bars, TVs, and wings, salads and sandwich menu. The service was great, friendly and quick. The food was tasty, but was a bit pricy. The Walleye Sandwich was crisply battered and fried served with fresh lettuce and thin sliced tomatoes on a good hoagie bun and I liked the creamy Cole slaw. The Bridge Burger had two juicy patties, each covered with cheese and included bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. The burger tasted great but was so juicy it caused the bun to fall apart, a better bun was needed. The side of crispy chips were really good.
I met some friends there for Island time. We dined outside on the patio. I have a service dog. It was hot out and I saw there were other dogs also outside so I didn't bother to put on his vest. After we had been there about a 1/2 hour the manager came out and informed us that he couldn't be on the patio. I told her he was a service animal and I would go and get his vest. She also asked for his paperwork not allowed legally She was rude and demanding about it. My dog is a German Shepherd. He is big and also the most well trained and usually welcomed anywhere. He went to every appointment at Mayo clinic with me for 6 months. He was loved there by all the nurses and other cancer patients. Yet at Long Bridge we were treated horribly. Meanwhile there was another dog at the very next table who was also well mannered I might add. They had originally said nothing about him, until I pointed out the fact that there were other dogs on the patio. There are no signs telling you that you can only have your dog on the grassy area. They only tell customers that after the fact. It wasn't so much the weird rule they set up it was the attitude of the manager which was mean, rude and scathing. I wasn't the only one who thought so. She made the owner of the other dog so angry that she left. She was with a group of 5 people. I have loved coming here in the summer for years, but I won't be back if I have to deal with that. Someone should clue her in on the rules of what you can ask about service animals.
Literally a hundred times better food then Z o r b a s. We had four meals and two appetizers and everything was great. The atmosphere is really cool too and kids are welcome to play in the water right next to the restaurant and marina. There's also "long bridge" right next to the bar where people come to jump off the bridge. The city says not to but nobody's being a Karen around there about it.
