Horrible experience! The Waitress forgot our appetizer! another staff member brought it after they brought the food and because we asked them where was the appetizer. To top it off it was cold! They always give you chips and salsa when you get there and she forgot that too! The Chimichanga was tasteless! Not going back! Do not recommend!
Watermelon lemonade is addicting. Service was exceptional during our visit. Food was good. Complimentary chips and salsa were a nice surprise.
Came here on Valentine’s Day weekend. Reservations were easy. Food was great. Manager was amazing. She noticed we had been waiting long for our meals we didn’t feel it was that long and ensured our experience was amazing. First restaurant experience after 2 years and it was fabulous - the food and device. We got chimichangas, quesadillas, fish tacos, sizzling chicken fajitas etc. and it was all great!
I ordered the Classic Queso and Chips and Garlic Shrimp Fajitas. The presentation of the food was well done. Their customer service was great.Food: 5/5
We were there for the first time today, but I'm sure it will be the last time. I order the rib chiken - combo, I got small chiken breast which was frozen, dry and hard, a small rib which was just bones and hard canned beans was cold, with some tasteless cabbage and dry fries, all this for $30 I didn't eat it, I just tasted it and then brought it home to my dog, but he didn't eat it either. My 11-year-old daughter ordered chocolate cake, which was frozenmaybe not fresh. The cocktail Mexican hurican smelled like washing-up liquid. This place is very bad. One good point is that they give a starter chips and sauce. I don't know how they calculated it because we left the place quite nervous, so I paid and didn't look at the bill. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone, it's just a waste of money. I won't go back again.
The quality of food is definitely not the greatest. So many better joints to enjoy some ribs. I wasn’t pleased with my meal at all. Lone star is exactly what this place is.
I wouldn't even rate it one star! Very disappointed experience. Server took for ever to get out order, bring the order and kept forgetting everything. Worse parts was the desert for my child , we ordered churros and it came cold and I'm I'm dirty take out container that looked previously used. Disgusting!!!!!
Great food, customer service and menu options too! Overall great experience! Margarita's were awesome! Loved the $12.99 flights and the To-Go deals too!
My party of 3 stopped in to Have lunch at 156 West Dr location - Brampton We were seated and our drink orders and serving of them were done in a timely manner as was taking or meal Order. Nachos and Calamari - that’s right just appetizers and not a main dish However, we were then advised about 20 minutes later that our meal was going to be delayed slightly due to a large party receiving their meals. About 15 minutes later we were then informed again of a further delay. At this point about 35-40 minutes later we decided to leave and asked for our bill for sodas. The waitress came back and indicated that we would not need to pay- very least they could do. Firstly, the waitress was very courteous and apologetic. Secondly, the restaurant should have been able to handle the meal situation. What happens in the evening when there are more patrons? We should have been advised prior that there was a large party which may affect service. Thirdly, the manager should have came out and handled the situation not the waitress. We hope that no other patrons need to have this type of experience.
Worst experience of the year so far. After 2.5 hrs for a 6pm reservation, we are finally out after 8:30. A system failure was to blame, however we weren't notified until dinner came after an hour or so. Food was fine but after all was done, and after paying and still tipping, the manager scolded us for being harsh with Cadillac, our waitress. We were not. simply asked why things were the way they were. Instead of her coming to take payment after the machine didn't work the 1st time, the manager came out to take payment and reprimanded us. Unbelievable. During the whole evening this fellow watched his staff deal with this issue and never appeared once to bail them out. No offer of food while waiting, or communicating the problem, or apologies and the place was almost empty. Take your chances, but if anything goes sideways, expect a horrible experience. A birthday celebration to remember indeed.
