Londonderry Dental Choice

Been going to Londonderry Dental choice for years after avoiding dentists for a long time. I found them when looking for a dentist that deals with nervous patients. They have all tried to keep me at ease every visit. Just love my hygienist Meagan not sure on spelling as she is so welcoming and remembers little tidbits of info about what's going on in life, which again puts me at ease. Dr. James also is very calming and clear about what is going on. This will definitely be my dental office for some time to come.

Dr. James is a highly skilled practitioner of dentistry. He has done some complicated procedures for me, with great results. He is a perfectionist, and offers patient-Centered, pain-free care. I have recommended him to a few people. He is obviously loved by his staff, with good reason. He is a patient teacher to new staff, and a great team leader.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental clinic. I left in tears as my front tooth is ruined and completely crooked, and a different size then it was before. I asked Dr. James to match it to my right and he completely made it smaller and slanted up, then he tried to say I’d need to fix my other tooth now to match my tooth he messed up! I paid hundreds of dollars here to get a small chip on my tooth fixed and he couldn’t even do that. Now my retainer doesn’t even fit my tooth either you can completely tell how bad a of a job he did with the photo I provided. And to top it off the staff laughed as I walked away and thought it was sooo funny I was upset about my tooth, like they were proud of the terrible work they did

I love this dental clinic, the staff are very nice and accommodating. Dentist, Dr. Laura Sliwkanich is one the best I've ever met. She's really good! And the assistant who cleaned up my teeth was the best too... she was never in a hurry. She took time cleaning my teeth in a smooth way. Thank you Dental Choice

The newest dental doctor is very talented you can clearly tell she is a teeth and mouth specialists in my opinion.my experience was comfortable and welcoming and very comforting. As well as really helpful in achieving my overall situation with my overbite. AMD my experience with my hygienist was wicked I was super comfortable and didn't feel a thing it was all because they used the nitrogen which made me really relaxed I suggest it for everyone, they have some pretty awesome dental and hygienist

I had my first visit to Londonderry Dental Choice due to a painful tooth ache. Honestly though, I have been hiding from most doctors since the onset of Covid. However on the first call and after explaining my issue the empathetic receptionist was able to get me slotted in the very next morning as I was having bad tooth aches. I was a little taken aback when Dr. James came into the waiting room , greeted me and sat for a few minutes to get to know me a little. He genuinely cares about my well being and took the time to get to know me and not just my issue. More physicians should take a page from Dr. James in this approach to getting to know a patient; 5 minutes of actual conversation is immeasurable towards fostering trust. I asked for a full once over on my teeth and after a series of x-rays Dr.James took the time again to go in depth with me. I was presented with various treatment options that could address my issues. I have several cavities that need treatment, and misaligned jaw closure. He identified this long standing issue I have had with my jaw, and we are now starting the conversations with regards to treatment options. In summary; Dr. James and his staff are patient and genuine with caring demeanors. I have since booked my next appointments for more treatments and look forward to fostering this new relationship with him and his staff. Thanks Marc S. *** Follow up Had first round of cavities filled, and after a day the teeth are good and I am eating normal foods again. No residual pain and the ongoing toothache is gone. Always friendly, accommodating, and caring staff at Londonderry Dental Choice. I've had two Dentist look at me and both paid attention to detail, were able to answer all my questions. I've never had any issues with pain killers or the work that was preformed on me, and I have been to this location numerous times over the years. Never had an issue with receptionist both in person or on the phone, and they have been more than reasonable in dealing with insurance.

Meagan is our hygienist for years now. She is amazing does a wonderful fantastic job every time. She’s so awesome and her laugh is so infectious! So bonus. Everyone in the clinic is amaz! Thank you all for your hard work, especially Meagan for making my family’s smile’s shine like they should.

Dr. Laura is one of the greatest dentists I've ever been to. She is extremely knowledgeable and has no trouble putting her patience at ease. The team supporting her are efficient, kind and always greet you with an amazing smile

Great service and friendly staff! They check my coverage at each visit and make sure I’m aware of any and all charges before doing any work. I am a nervous patient when it comes to dental work but they made me feel welcome and comfortable through the whole process.
