London Road Dry Cleaner

I am writing as a first, and last time customer. I dropped my wedding dress off at this dry cleaners over a month ago. They needed about 4 weeks to get the time to do the dress, which I was fine with. When I came into the store I had my dress in a large gift bag with the garment bag on top. I told the person at the desk to put the dress in the bag when finished. She said that I didn’t need the bag and threw it out. I assumed by her throwing the garment bag away that the dress would be returned in a new one. However upon picking up my dress it was in a clear garbage bag. When I called to ask why the “manager” was belligerent. She was so loudly yelling at me my mother could hear her through the phone. My colleagues at work could also hear the entire conversation and were appalled. She was unapologetic and did not care. I wasn’t looking for a new bag however when one spends money on a wedding dress and money to clean the dress, you don’t expect to have to purchase a seperate garmet bag afterwards because the dry cleaner threw it out. There was no accountability, and she was out right rude. She told me her store never keeps garment bags and it’s their policy not to take anything in them. However my mother saw a tip top tailors bag in her store, and I watched her staff throw mine out and specifically said I didn’t need it. I will not be a returning customer!

I had my winter coat dry cleaned this past spring, my coat was in great condition, except a stain in front. When I got my coat back, I observed the stain was gone, and so I left it in the dry cleaners bag untill just recently this fall. When I went to wear it, the zipper (the part that goes up and down) was gone, I called to inquire if they'd be willing to fix the damaged zipper, the manager denied any responsibility and refused to assist in any way, there are more options in Sarnia, I would recommend them,

Laudrymat disgusting the washers don't work call machine doesn't work the Coke machine doesn't work. The rug looks like somebody threw up on it there's garbage all over the floor it is absolute disgrace I don't even think I want to phone you call it you want to phone the people that know the people to judge it I have the board I'm going to phone the Better Business Bureau this is disgrace

I have used this dry cleaners for over 13 years now and the staff and service are wonderful. They do the best job in sarnia and are fantastic to deal with. Keep up the great work!

Not only do they not really offer 1 hr drycleaning as they say on site the staff are not friendly. Will not be having any more of my drycleaning done with them
