Their website is easy to navigate and I love that! When I first became a member of the plan, I had to call because I had questions. What a pleasant experience and great result. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and understood my needs and helped me out in easy to understand instructions. I'm very happy with their service.
Anything related to Blue Cross Blue Shield will not work. The website contains poorly-managed information. Hours of hours of login try, registration, changing passwords will not work for you to simply check your HSA balance.
COBRA folks do not answer their phone. I left messages and emails in the past including my phone number, but do not get a call back.
