London Drugs has a little of everything. They sell some unique food products you normally don't see at your average grocery store. Their pharmacy is filled with expertise, and they actually care about you and not just your wallet.

My preferred London Drugs location in Nanaimo. Good service and nice staff willing to take time. Sadly I bought some magnesium powder that had been tampered with & was told it’s extremely common in this downtown location. But they gave me a refund with apologies.nI also used to take my MacBook here for service but not sure if this is still an authorized Apple repair. Maybe someone else can answer that.

Well stocked with variety of foods,household needs,computer and photography supplies and pharmacy. Great supportive staff and wonderful business hours. Just be careful in busy parking lot and access points.

The computer department are full of morons, I work from home and needed to get my computer repaired, I phoned Ahead to see if they had dust cleaner, I was told they did, I went down there employee said that they always have it and never run out, talked to another guy who was ringing me up, and all of a sudden he “couldn’t sell it “ he said. absolutely made no sense, so now I have to order from Amazon to get dust cleaner , then go to the repair place . Unnecessary delays.

We came into upgrade our phonesnSome pertinent information was left out any communication. I believe Chris M the manager of the tech department went above and beyond to provide a fast solution. This manager took the time to really treat us with respect and understanding. His level of integrity really shines through. The level of service shown by Chris M shows his dedication and he needs a self clap on the back and should be recognized as a prime standard in customer service.
