Always nice staff. Always willing to help. Fast service. People that work here really like their jobs. That is so refreshing to see these days. I want to say Thank You London Drugs for hiring people that care about what they do.
Worst experience with Mayank photographer at this location. I have been to this location for the first time and had very bad experience with the photographer.nnWith the rude tone, he said “look at the camera, not my face”nHow does a 5 year old kid know where to look? It is definitely a photographer responsibility to make the customer feel comfortable before taking a picture. Of course my kid wasn’t feeling comfort with his actions.nWithout showing the picture, he decided the photo was ok and started to print. When i asked if it is ok to have another click, he didn’t even respond or address if their is any issue. Just said the amount and took payment. Didn’t even mention how the photo has to be dealt before handing it which they usually do in other locations. Behaved as if he is providing some free service to me.nnDon’t know how the hiring process goes when people like him are hired. No smile, bad attitude, no knowledge about customer service
I just went today with my granddaughter to have a picture taken for her passport. I informed the staff twice, very clearly, that 2X2 size. The developed photos were not the right size. When I paid for it, the price was not the same from my recent passport photo. It was more. When I explained to the staff. His words were boastful.nVery bad customer service. I felt humiliated. Kindness should be spread in this world. So, the customer goes home happy and valued.nThank you.nAmi Malco
Staff here is always very friendly and helpful, they always take the time to answer your questions. Return/exchange policies here are very good and this location is also usually organized and clean too with a large selection/variety of products.
I was there to get a passport photo for my 5 year old and we had a very bad experience with Mayank K. No smile on his face, zero acknowledgment, doesn’t know how to greet the customer. He simply took picture asking child with the arrogant tone to look at the camera and took a single click and printed without confirming. Didn’t ask for LD extra’s points and asked for the payment. Would never prefer to go back to this location.
