Good store for shopping. Lots of items to have selection.nNice staff and helpful.
Don’t bother going to the electronics section. The guy in there Kelley doesn’t like doing anything and would rather blame the customer instead of checking their system. I couldn’t find information on the London drugs site as the description and specification section of a laptop was missing. I asked if he could check their system to see if there was anything. Instead he told me I should have called the manufacturer or asked Google Gemini. I told him I need the specific model number that wasn’t listed. He could have told me if there was nothing on their system instead he kept arguing with me telling me I should have checked other sources. He googled it instead and tried presenting that to me. I said that does not show me that this is the product that London drugs is selling. Literally just wanted the product number to check if it has stylus support because only certain versions do and also see what kind of inputs the item has. He told me that information is too specific for anyone to have. London drugs has a specification section on their website literally for this information but it was missing and I told him. Worst experience ever dealing with this little man.
We recently visited your store to get a passport-sized photo taken, and the staff member who helped us in person was extremely kind and helpful.nUnfortunately, we later realized that the digital photo could not be uploaded to the portal due to incorrect dimensions. We understand that we should have provided the exact requirements, and we take responsibility for that.nWhen we called the store to ask if the photo could be fixed, the person we spoke with was not very understanding and came across as blaming rather than helpful. We were simply trying to find out whether it was still possible to correct the issue.nWe would have appreciated a more polite and empathetic response, especially since it was a simple question. Overall, we value the service but wanted to share this feedback.
I approached the desk to exchange an item and clearly informed the first associate that I did not have the receipt. Only after she confirmed that an exchange would be possible did I proceed to spend about 20 minutes selecting another item. When I returned, the same associate was standing with another sales associate, who then informed me that the exchange could not be done without a receipt, while the first associate remained present.nI was frustrated, as this information should have been communicated clearly at the beginning. When I pointed this out, both associates responded with a rude and dismissive attitude, which made the situation even more unpleasant.I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve communication and professionalism at the customer service desk.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I was in desperate need of a new external flash for my camera, and Brandon was incredibly helpful. He gave me the space and time to test my camera and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my new external flash. Brandon is an absolute lifesaver for anyone who has photography needs!!
