Authentic Italian dining at it's best. The restaurant was so cozy and brought you back to the era of the 1920's/1930's. The staff were very nice and so respectful. The food....Amazing!! My new favorite Italian restaurant. They even have valet parking which is wonderful. I recommend the Zuppe Di Pesce. 😊

Food, service and atmosphere excellent. I ordered the special- Spinach sauce with shrimp and prosciutto over pasta, delicious! Shout out to Jeanelle for great service and charm.

Avoid this restaurant. We were in Albany and wanted to enjoy a nice meal before a show. My wife is in a wheelchair and it is difficult to get in and out of restaurants so we ordered a $65 take out order from your restaurant. We had eaten here in the past and had excellent dishes and service. Unfortunately for us, our dinners were horrible on Thursday 11/9/2017. The Pesce Pescatore should never have left the kitchen. The scallops, shrimp and fish were so strong and tasting of ammonia that we could not eat it. The stuffed manicotti was lacking in cheese filling and freezer burned as was the pasta side. If you are in business to provide food to customers, could you at least make sure that the food is edible before selling it. To offer this poor quality fare at a quality restaurant is disgraceful. If you cannot maintain a decent quality standard for your patrons, it is time to close your doors. We could have gone to subway and had an edible meal instead of trying to support a small business that has no quality control. Very disappointed. Will not be back on our next trip to Albany. Hopefully this feedback will give you some incentive to get your standards back up to par. Robert Cranston

Had mixed feelings about this place. Food was great however the service not so much. My party shows up and the host was very unfriendly with us because we did not make a reservation before hand (we are from out of town) he gave the answer that we should have checked before we went. At the time we went the resturant seemed pretty dead for a saturday night. The waitress was friendly and nice and our order came out in a good time frame. When it came to getting the check however we waited about 45 minutes for them to come and cash us out. When we asked the host where our check was for a second time he again was fairly rude to us and said he would get to it when he gets to it Overall food is good. Maybe staff had a off night that night. Unfortunately i dont think i would go back

Lovely local place with great food. We went there as a small group first, then brought the whole out-of-town crew there for a big meal before we all flew home. They handled both groups very well. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Albany! I hope this place stays around for a long time.
