Nice tidy place, friendly staff, we tried orange boba tea, strawberry smoothie and orange iced mocha, grilled pesto sandwich they were all yummm! Highly recommend

tried the fried lumpia and it was very good! wife got French toast which was a well done classic. quick service and good prices!

I had a bacon, egg, toast, home fries with a cup of coffee.  It was all delicious.  I was very happy with my meal.  I went back later that day and had coffee and a cinnamon roll.  I'd go back again.  Clean place, friendly staff.

Love this place! I come here for their awesome bubble tea often. She makes great lumpia too!

I go here literally all the time and tried so many different flavors of boba and I gotta say none of them disappoint, honestly I don’t think I’ve had better boba. The employees are super nice and everything about here is awesome. Would recommend
