Went for Mother's Day. We were seated right away. OPJ appetizer was great. Our waitress was awesome. I had prime rib!
Logan's is always at least decent. This location has struggled with consistency. Sometimes good, sometimes just short of great, sometimes just meh. But if you want a budget steak at a budget steakhouse, Logan's is a perfectly good choice.
My girlfriend and I came here for drinks and to split an entree after a long day of shopping. We ordered our drinks, very very strong not necessarily a bad thing However, after waiting for 30 minutes for our fish and chips we finally received our food. It was inedible due to the pile of grease the fish was resting on. Even the fries were soaked in grease. Since we didn’t have enough time to wait again, we instead asked for a to go box with extra napkins to line the bottom and soak up the grease hoping that we can re heat it for a meal. Proof is in the picture!
Four plates were brought for the rolls all wet and I was told we "just needed to wipe the off". How about you wipe the BEFORE you bring the to the table? My half rack of ribs had very little BBQ sauce on them and the BBQ sauce she brought me was cold so of course instead of eating warm sauce on the way ribs I had COLD sauce to put on my ribs which made the ribs cooler. . I asked for my ribs WET but evidently it didn't matter. Daughters salmon was good but wouldn't let her sub anything for mashed potatoes which she could not have. Husband's salad with chicken on was good. Son in laws ribs were good and had ok sauce on them. While it was just ok we probably won't go back unless we have no other options.
The service was great! Restaurant was clean. Server was attentive to our needs. Food was pretty good too Thank you for a fabulous meal!
Our server was solid, that's about it. Our ceasar salad was wildly over dressed. The mashed potatoes were so so overly creamed that they barely held texture. The biggest issue though was the steak. It was an incredibly fatty piece, loaded with gristle. I ordered it mid rare and what I got was barely rare. More than that, it tasted off, almost like it had been cooked in the char of another steak. If you're going to ask $26 for a steak, at very least cook it right. This was enough to not want to go back ever. Credit to the server though. He was a nice guy.
My husband just completed a review posting a picture of a molded black avocado that was on top of his salad. I got a call from the store manager Laura and she told me I could get a refund if I take down my picture. I denied the refund and decided the review stays. Reviews are for customers to be aware of their service. You get good reviews by providing good customer service not ultimatums for your customers. I did contact the email listed below and their fix was to provide me with a $40 e card back to Logan's. Yup they missed the customer service mark. E-cards back to the business doesn't fix the issue but listening to your customers and helping managers learn soft skills would be a good start.
I think the waitress was very young so she wasn't checking in about refills and our food took almost an hour to arrive at our table. But overall she did an okay job and the food was great oh she did forget my corn and my grandsons fries but she fixed his and I didn't even notice mine until I left because I somehow had rice on my plate so I didn't miss the corn. I recommend the triple surf and turf. I had three meals out of the one dinner.
I never thought I'd have one of the best steaks I've ever had delivered to me. I ordered 2 steak dinners on Ubereats pretty late on a Friday evening. Both sirloin were very lean and perfectly cooked at medium and well-done temps. Our sides, broccoli, baked potatoes, and a salad were decent portions and also delicious. Packing was excellent, nothing leaked. Great job to the Logan's Roadhouse staff! Excellent meal and service. Thank you!!!!
We have never had an issue with the Caledonia location, so we stopped at the Grandville location. Let's just say not so pleasant at this location, my husband's pork sliders were cold. My steak was not cooked properly the first time, received my stake back after sending it back and it still was not cooked properly so I asked for them to start over with a fresh steak. Received the second stake after they started over and that steak was not cooked properly either. At that point I asked for the manager and let them know to take the steak off of my bill I was not going to pay for that. The manager said that her GM was assisting on a break and he did not know how to properly season steaks or cook them, then why would you put somebody on the grill if they don't know how to do the job was my thought. The server did a great job he kept our drinks filled, our appetizers and our roles were coming when we ran out.
