Our family loves staying at the lofts. It was a wonderful three days. The room was modern clean and the bathroom was beautiful. Would highly recommend staying here. Camille the host Was great and very attentive to our needs we actually went to the office to see If we could get a cot for our son and we got back to the room before we even went to the office, they had brought one up for him. we would highly recommend staying at the lofts.
Me and a girl friend stayed in Phase II and our room was gorgeous, like right out of a magazine. Super clean and really nice touches ear plugs, hair elastics, and they have a menu for in room items like wine, chips, etc. for a price. The little patio off the back had chairs and a table and the nature around us was very relaxing. Right near The Nordik spa 1 minute drive and easy to find. 1 minute walk to the Chelsea Pub as well, which was great. I would definitely stay here again.
Thank you for an incredible stay! My room was aesthetic, fresh, clean and nicely designed. There's an open concept concrete rain shower that was amazing. I got a room on the ground floor studio type on the side of the building, which was quiet. Reception is not on site, it's about 2 minutes walk from the hotel, which isn't that bad, actually good for my daily steps. Receptionist were kind and helpful. There's is also a new distillery across the street, with nice guided tours and spirits. Will be back for sure!
Room size is great with a beautiful kitchen. Some cleanliness issues and very small bed, but the staff was quick to respond. Outdoor stairs to loft rooms on third floor aren’t great for pets or us with the ice, but we were happy it was pet friendly. Great location - walking distance to spa Nordik and Gatineau Park. The Pub was not great, but the little coffee shop steps away is incredible.
We went here before and for this trip they were great and responsive and even upgraded our room for us for our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. Will definitely return here again
