Great Service! I'm a Resident Manager at a Skyline Vanier Woods and Locked Solid is always there when I need them. They're fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced too!

If you can, avoid this place! I only go here because our company has all its locks keyed to a lock set that Locked Solid has the rights to. Locks never delivered on time, field service person treats everyone like dirt. One of the top five WORST companies I have to deal with and has been for the 7 years I have been dealing with them.

They cut the wrong key and expected me to pay $60 for it. Then told me to “Get the f**k out!” when I said that’s not the key I needed. How they keep their doors open is beyond me. Completely unprofessional 😡

Not very professional, when one of there drivers fingers you on the hiway, called the office and asked them if it is common for there drivers to finger people and his answer was yup and then hung up on me ... wow good business... not.
